Dificult to get a sunbed before 3pm but all good apart from that. Clean and spacious accommodation in the middle of Carmen so easy access to all the area had to offer. Friendly and accommodating so yes we would revisit.

Very tired! The shower ran freezing to hot and had a filthy shower curtain. Thank goodness only there for 1 night.

Really great position for shops restaurants ect beach not best for parking but rooms great and good value

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. One drawback is the sunbed saving throughout the day.

The property was very nice and clean. The apartment was okay, we weren’t so often there. But the water in the shower was terrible. Low pressure, so difficult te get wet…😅🙄

Vlak bij de boulevard met vele restaurants en winkeltjes een bar met lekkere versnaperingen bij het zwembad 24 uurs receptie met vriendelijk personeel konden kiezen uit appartement op begane grond of op eerste verdieping - er staat dat er voor 9 uur geen handdoeken gelegd mogen worden maar om 8 uur liggen de meeste bedden al vol met handdoeken - wij zaten met het appartement aan de kant van de straat waar al vroeg erg veel herrie was door het bevoorraden van de winkels

Appartamento spazioso anche se la camera non era molto grande. In complesso mi è sembrata una buona struttura.alla reception molto gentili. Location molto buona ..peccato non ci sia il parcheggio, non è facile da trovare in quella zona.

Très proche du centre, vous pouvez tout avoir à côté, la plage,les magasins,les supermarchés, les bars.... Mais pas de serviette de plage et il n'y avait pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de liquide vaisselle et éponge pour vaisselle... Pas de place de parking a l'hôtel et difficile d'en trouver une a côté, également une odeur de canalisation dans les toilettes et pas de ventilation.

Es un hotel ubicado en Puerto de Carmen (zona vacacional de ingleses y alemanes por excelencia). En las fotos parece un hotel estilo boutique pero es un hotel grande. Las habitaciones han tenido reformas y son amplias. Buena relacion precio calidad

On arrival.abit confusing to find room.room lovely and big. Great shower..great layout busy but no probs finding beds. Lovely staff expecially victor.well looked after. Great cleaners spotless. Also wonderful location. We willbe returning.
