The staff was great, breakfast was delicious, nice room, although, the problem was the mattress was a spring mattress and the springs were very evident as I have bruises on both hips trying to sleep on this thing, would never do it again, if it could not be switched I would leave. Housecleaning forgot to replace facecloths, but I did not discover this until I went to shower.

Everything was great except the fact that I got mites the sheets were dirty

Fantastic apartment with terrace. Great view with outdoor furniture, perfect for an evening drink. Breakfast each morning was great with plenty of different options, pancakes to hot breakfast to cereals and pastries. I also enjoyed the different smoothies of the day.

The room didn't look nice like in the pictures here, and there were several issues in the bathroom, seems like the maintenance in this hotel has been forgotten by long time. The whole structure is pretty sad and lack of soul. The check-in and check-out procedures were incredibly slow, apparently they have issues also with their operative system. Budapest offers much more cozy solution for the same amount of money they ask.

Le seul reproche, c’est que l’appartement est mal équipé. Belle plaque de cuisson sans poêles. Heureusement qu’il y avait des casseroles. Sinon je le recommande vivement.

Nice place to stay. We had 2 room unit and everything is in good conditions. Close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Breakfast in NY cafe was gorgeous. The room was big and clean. Spa with not a big pool was good also. The hotel staff very king and helpful.
