Ett mycket trevligt hotell med utmärkt läge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Sviten vi bodde i var mycket fin. Rekommenderas varmt!

The front staff are very professional

Centrally located, great room, great staff, very helpful

The hotel is in the old centre, very nice location and the building with parking which is charged. We booked a deluxe room with balcony but it was not available on the arrival, however it was not the hotels mistake but the booking sites mistake since the description clearly stated room with a balcony. After lots of discussion on how to proceed we were given another type of a room with a small terrace and we liked it. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Good service when we asked what we wanted. There were only issues late in the evening when the reception was closed and the guests couldn't get in and none answered the phone number which was provided.

No elevator, upstairs room with 50 lb suitcases, coffee pods wrong size for machine (no creamer) , someone else's 1/2 used drinks in fridge. Staff helpful, breakfast good. Good location and locked parking but 30EU a day.

Staff were very friendly

Huoneessa oli kahvinkeitin, mutta ei kahvia. Teetä oli, mitta vain yksi kuppi, toinen saatiin pyytäessämme. Pölyä näkyi auringossa huoneessa, toki kokolattiamatto kerää sitä. Huone oli tilava, aamiaishuone pieni ja aiheutti toisinaan jonottamista.

Trevligt hotel med en fantastisk vinbar Ganska små och mjuka sängar. I övrigt fräscht och välstädat.

Throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. All the staff were Friendly, helpful and professional The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the WiFi was stable and reliable. The bathroom had a heated floor and a fantastic shower. Overall the property was elegant, clean and in a great location to explore Vilnius old town as well as being only a short walk to bus and train services.

During Winter times the rooms are not really warm. Also the breakfast room in the morning is cold. Parking 30 € per day is a lot. Delux room to much technical „Schnick Schnack“ 😊. There is still green and red lights from the „glass panel switches“ during the night shining. Book a normal not renewed room.

The hotel is okay, maybe even great if you’re into “old charm”. What I can say objectively is that the breakfast (which is an add-on feature, the rating would be different if it was free) had very limited options and can’t stand close to the other better hotels in town.

I was charged for parking and local tax , which was not advertised .

Gut gefürtes Haus, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Insgesamt sehr angenehm mit freundlichem Personal. Die digitalen Lichtschalter nerven allerdings.

We have stayed here many times and appreciate the staff and size of the hotel. We are always treated well, have an excellent breakfast buffet, and its close to the old part of of the city.

Great location, lovely rooms and inner courtyard. Our room was above the bar which was noisy at night.

Mycket bra hotell och riktigt fina rum Frukosten hel OK med trevlig personal och den kan man sitta utomhus och äta om man vill. Fanns ingen hiss på hotellet men det är bara tre våningar. Enkel reception som inte är bemannad dygnet runt utan man får en kod som man öppnar ytterdörren med. Lugnt läge i en smal gränd med i sort sett ingen trafik. Baren på hotellet av enklaste slag och mycket liten. Två av kvällarna när vi var på plats fick vi inte äta i restaurangen utomhus eftersom båda kvällarna var upptagna av evenemang men det gjorde inget då Vilnius är en stad med massor av restauranger, barer och ännu fler kaféer. Från hotellet är det nära till i stort sett allt Rekommenderar hotellet.
