David at the front desk was enormously helpful. He arranged for multiple taxis (and was able to direct a taxi to my location when I got lost!) He's very knowledgeable about the area and clearly wanted to help us explore and enjoy Oursense as much as we possibly could while we were there.

Hotel bem localizado com opções de mercado bares e restaurantes proximos a pé, com garagem no subsolo com acesso estreito. no maximo para carros médios. Hotel antigo e simples mas quarto e banheiros amplos. Café bom e servido na mesa e bufet com variedades. Uma estadia curta ok.

The room was very outdated, hair dryer not working but the staff was very nice to bring one to my room after me requesting one, the wall paper peeling in the bathroom, the window frame in the bathroom rotten, very worn out curtains ! It really needs an update

Un hotel ideal para el centro de Ourense

It was a great experience. Hotel is well-located with access to many restaurants and touristic attractions. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent stay.

Es cierto que le hace falta una actualización de los baños, sobretodo lo de la bañera que puede suponer un problemon para algunas personas. Pero el resto lo compensa de sobras: situación, atención, instalaciones,.... El parquing es de dificil acceso, un vehiculo grande lo tiene complicado. Dispone de punto de carga.

Excelente trato del personal de recepción. Habitación muy limpia y tranquila.

It is great value. Close to the old town. We have stayed here before and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. A great option for a short stay on a tour around this beautiful part of Spain.
