Everything in this property was amazing. Starting with the service provided by Agustin and Alejandro who were amazingly friendly in guiding us through the many things you can do while in Bariloche. The property is in the middle of everything with a great view and the suite itself had everything that is needed. All in all an A1A experience. THANK YOU!!!

From the minute we arrived, Alejandro, Jose and Pablo were incredibly helpful and informative. Alejandro spent a lot of time with us telling us about local hiking spots and messaged us during to stay to see how we were doing. Room service was fast and delicious. Our view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o recepcionista foi muito solícito em toda a nossa estadia, nos deu dicas, estava realmente preocupado em nos oferecer a melhor experiência. A localização é ótima, super tranquilo de pegar Uber e ponto estratégico para quando a excursão passava nos pegar para o passeio. A vista do hotel é incrível e tivemos ótima experiência e acolhimento.

From the beautiful view to the friendly staff, very happy with this stay. They offered us unlimited refills of delicious cold water and hot coffee. Very special place with great location near town and great hiking and Circuito Chico driving loop.

We had a fantastic stay. Our suite had a clear view of the lake and the mountains beyond. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful: they gave great recommendations for restaurants, driving day trips, and hiking trails. Highly recommend for those who prefer an inn (pousada) instead of a larger hotel.

Nice property with a very accommodating staff

Beautiful views and excellent service. Have stayed in many 5 star hotels and Lirolay suites has been the best in terms of personalized service. The staff helped us coordínate the excursions, recommended restaurants, brought us coffee with hot milk every morning (very punctual) and coordinated massages for us. Cannot wait to return!

The property is really cool. The services are only available for a fee, so it can not be very convenient.

Wonderful apart-hotel in Bariloche. We very much enjoyed the view from the room and the hot tub. They have a great room service option for dinner, too. The location is ideal if you’re looking to spend time near Llou Llou and the city center of Bariloche, as it is in between. Our only complaint was that communication could be improved, but everyone we enountered at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service from my questions prior to arriving to every request b4 n during our stay. Our suite Bosque#6 was spacious, very clean n had an amazing view. Entire hotel is lakefront with a $5 can ride into town. All tours picked us up from the hotel. Plenty of hot water n a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. Living room was large enough to host our friends staying in smaller rooms (same hotel) for wine after dinner. Kitchenette had a microwave, dish soap n sponge n plates/glasses etc. bathroom had soap, shampoo/conditioner. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Bfast we got room service..had a ton of food n was delivered promptly. Room darkening blinds n a comfortable bed with extra blankets n pillows made for a great night’s sleep. We stayed for 3 nts n wish we could hv stayed much longer.

Generally loved it. Great staff. Hotel infrastructure is slightly dated. But staff quality makes up for it. People are amazingly nice. Above all the hotel provides an amazing view of the lake.
