La ubicación es excelente, el servicio del personal de primera. Valdría la pena renovar algunos aspectos físicos en en el hote.

This is a small 10 room hotel. Old Classic building. Our room was spatious, the bathroom as well. The service and the attention of the personnel were excellent. Parking was a couple of blocks away but we had excellent assistance. All in all we had good experience within the walled city. Short walk to the melécon.

Location is ideal for accessing many things in town; Staff is 100% awesome; & the breakfast is fantastic. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe & cared for.

La atención es excepcional reservamos por dos noches y decidimos quedarnos una más, la tranquilidad que ofrece es muy buena junto con la atención. El único plus que deberían tener una TV más grande para darle 5 estrellas

Hôtel historique très joliment décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien situé. Personnel très aimable et efficace. 2 remarques: 1) il faudrait dire aux clients qui viennent en voiture d’aller directement au parking de l’hôtel avec lequel l’établissement a un accord puisqu’il se situe en zone piétonne donc inaccessible en voiture. 2) on a frôlé la catastrophe! L’évacuation de la douche était très mauvaise. Le temps que je m’en rende compte la salle de bain était inondée et la chambre commençait à être inondée aussi. Je n’ai eu le temps que de sortir de la douche plein de savon et de shampooing pour « sauver » mes sacs qui étaient parterre. Une grosse déconvenue qui malheureusement assombrit le bilan de notre séjour.

Une hacienda incroyable avec un service de grande qualité. Le personnel est attentif et prévenant. Idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied, dans le quartier historique. Une adresse à ne pas manquer.

La habitación muy amplia y fresca. Los muebles antiguos, muy bonitos y muy bien conservados. Los desayunos extraordinarios y el servicio del personal de hotel muy amable en todo momento.

The hotel is lovely. The staff is amazing. We were there during Hanal Pichan and were struggling to find parking. One of the hotel staff went with my husband to direct him to the parking lot. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The room was lovely. All in all, a great experience.

Excelente servicio y limpieza

The building is distinctive, right in the pedestrianized city center, with parking a bit far away. The rooms are fairly clean, but maintenance has been somewhat neglected. The breakfast needs a complete overhaul. Almost nonexistent, and for a hotel of this class, it is unacceptable.
