The room is really clean and quiet. The balcony seats are quite dusty so I did not use them. It would be nice if the cleaning staff could clean the balcony furniture too. The breakfast offers ample choices for guests and the dining area is really clean. Good if the seat in the room would have a back rest instead of a tiny stool. The hallway and stair area wood fixtures are really old and have a mouldy smell. I think it needs renovation to gut out old construction material and remove the odour. Overall, the amenities are above average and I could get on a streetcar or bus around the corner.

Easy to find hotel, 5 minutes from the metro stop, and very helpful reception staff who gave us some really nice local recommendations including the restaurant antica trattoria salutati. The suburb itself was quiet compared to the city centre but the outside the room on the street was a little noisy. The room was clean and well presented. Didn't book for breakfast so can't comment on that but there are some nice little cafes just round the corner like cafe milano

Exelent for the cost of the room

Todo nos fue excelente. Sin embargo, una de las recepcionistas de la mañana fue muy grosera con mi hermana le gritó estúpida, no fue la recepcionista que nos recibió. La persona que fue grosera con ella, fue la persona que me realizó el check out al parecer se llamaba Francesca o Fiorenza, no tengo la total certeza porque yo no estuve durante el incidente. Pero el resto del personal sumamente amable. Y la estancia sensacional.

Good hotel, well located, room was clean and big enough for one person, though the bed was quite hard. Located on the second floor, there is a decent lift but I didn't spend much time there or have the breakfast, it suited my very limited needs, would stay again.

Nice location, reasonably quiet, no complaints from me.

The room was very hot, pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. We were woken up very early by staff hoovering directly outside the room .

The staff was great and the room was very clean, we did think the room was a good value for the price we booked. We only stayed one night which we came in late and left early so did not get a great chance to really enjoy the room as much.
