It was a cute little hotel in the quaint town of Georgina. The hotel is dated but clean. Staff was courteous.

Room was clean,clean sheets and towels,staff was friendly,very warm in room,shower was clean,shampoo and soap were filled to top,food was excellent in hotel restaurant,waitress was very friendly & courteous plus food was delicios for dinner .Free breakfast was good too.Sit down serving of 2sausage,scrambled eggs w toast and pancake

The room was clean and terrific. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and responded to anything we needed. The restaurant was delicious and the staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful.

The bed was harder than the floor, no proper parking. Felt like you driving on a cow path trying to find parking. They had no where nice to eat they put us in a conference room. For the amount we paid I give this hotel a -2

The staff were very courteous and helpful. There sre a few things that would definitely help my stay become 5 star. The room needed updating, cracks chips holes in the drywall, flooring is spacing out and needs updating. The bathroom had mold in the cracks of the bath tile and shower. I wouldve liked to have a microwave in my room and to have better wifi coverage in the rooms as i could not send emails properly. Besides that i was happy with my stay and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and restaraunt, and oh yes i would really like to see the breakfast kitchen open at 630 am instead of 7 as i go to work for seven.

I arrived after 10 pm to find the front door locked. I had received a phone call while I was driving and did not answer. I redialed that number and it went to a voicemail. A representative came to the front door and asked why didn't I call the number on the door. I felt like i did something wrong. The room wasnt quite as expected, The draws on the entertainment unit couldn't close shut, I'd say a hazard if one were to go to the bathroom in the dark. A used towel was found on the shower curtain rack. Amenities were scarce. A night I hopefully wont have to repeat. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I gave a 2/10 because the bed was comfortable.

The room was freezing the pool and hottub were closed and we didnt even get the room we booked. There for 3 night and no rokm service

King size comfortable bed and the view of the lake from dining area are the only good points of this motel. Poor breakfast, old bathrooms and no stuff stocked are the reasons we won’t go back to this property.

Mice in hotel, very dated and not clean

Rooms were run down, wall paper peeling off walls. We had an exterior door that had approx. 1/2" gap around it letting cold air in mice in. Woke up to our garbage being rooted through by mice. Staff were aware of this problem as they had mice traps under the kitchenet sink. I feel 100% ripped off by this booking and will never book with a Ramada or Wyndham again and will think twice before I use Expedia.

Ataff and food were good however unexpectedly, this hotel is more like a motel. Everything was clean however given the rooms have outside access some trim in the rooms are well worn due to water damage.

This hotel is waterfront and the view is beautiful, I can only imagine it in the summer. The room was large, comfortable and the bedding was heavenly. A spectacular huge walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were friendly and personable. I didn't attend the Spa but the area looked classy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although very basic. I would stay here again if in the area again.
