Great location , 10 mins walk to Duomo and 1 min walk to shopping streets and many restaurants close by. Great guest service ! Thank you Breakfast for 4 days were identical . Perhaps a little change every other day would be great for longer stay guest!

Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Bed comfort and bed linen were superb. I will definitely be returning.

Location of this gem is perfect. Right off of via Dante without the foot traffic and noise. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, breakfast was superb and staff were awesome.

We felt so welcome at Palazzo Segreti! From the happy hour to the complimentary breakfast and warm staff, we felt very much at home here. Comfortable and very well-located, right off of the main pedestrian area. Close to all main attractions and easy access to public transit.
