Great property in an old Casona. Arrived too early to check in and Terra Viva gave us the option to have breakfast, and did their best to accommodate us checking earlier than expected. Jonathan was able to rearrange our lodging dates so we could go visit Machu Pichu

Overall a good stay at this hotel. We got very good sleep and the showers worked great. The only negative parts would be that the internet did not work well in rooms (we stayed in two different rooms part of our two stays) and as other reviews mention the breakfast is not that good. The rooms we stayed in (Superior) were big and the bed was huge which was great. There are also some included drinks which is a nice touch. As you can see from photos, the rooms have no natural light (unless you open the windows which face directly on the path so no privacy). The hotel location is close to the center, while still being very quiet.

Parfait. Charme du lieu et des chambres. Chauffage eau chaude à bon débit sèche cheveux. Au calme proche de la place centrale. Plateau de courtoise. Personnel adorable. Ils peuvent garder vos bagages si vous partez en trek. Mini bar rempli 1 fois par séjour. Parfait !

This hotel offers the best rooms for its price range among nearby hotels. Although it’s slightly farther from Plaza de Armas (2-3 blocks), it remains close to major attractions. The rooms are very good and have been recently updated. After staying in multiple hotels in Cusco, we found the overall quality here superior. It’s definitely worth staying here rather than paying extra for hotels closer to the plaza that don’t offer the same quality. The breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Estadia incrível! Atendimento impecável e muito gentil. Eu viajei sozinha e me senti segura, acolhida e bem direcionada o tempo todo, além das acomodações serem excelentes! Fiquei em dois quartos diferentes, e do simples ao mais robusto com banheira são extremamente confortáveis, limpos e para quem anda o dia inteiro nos passeios e volta no frio, vale ressaltar os chás de muña e coca sempre presentes na recepção e o excelente chuveiro.

Amazing value. Very clean rooms, central location short walk from plaza, friendly/accomodating staff, excellent breakfast.

All the staff were very friendly, courteous and caring. Pamela, Wilson and all the other frint desk staff were amazing and sometimes went out of the way to help us in need. Would highly recommend the place and we'd definitely stay again if ever coming back to Cusco.

Hotel perfeito! Bem localizado, limpo, bom café da manhã, quarto bom, boa cama, etc… mas o principal são os funcionários… todos muito simpáticos e prestativos, sempre prontos para ajudar a qualquer problema e sempre com um sorriso largo no rosto…

É uma opção muito boa em Cusco, apesar de que os arredores não são muito bonitos. Mas não vi nenhum problema no que tange à segurança.
