Freundliches Personal. Übrigens hervorragende Bedienung im Restaurant!! Das Trinkgeld hier fiel nicht zu knapp aus, super Leistung, ein tolles Team. Unser Zimmer war allerdings wenig einladend – sehr schlicht (nichteinmal ein Bild an der Wand) insgesamt eher lieblos und erinnerte mehr an eine Abstellkammer. Dazu muss ich natürlich anmerken- Ich hatte ein günstiges Vielreisenden-Upgrade über Expedia genutzt und vermute daher, dass mir ein weniger attraktives Zimmer zugeteilt wurde. Verständlich aus Hotelsicht 😉 – Rabatte sind für Gäste verlockend, für den Umsatz aber sicher weniger.

Sehr schöner Familienausflug mit Geburtstagsmenü am Abend

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Lage des Hotels, Zimmer, Spa-Bereich und Frühstücksbuffet waren super und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

There was good and not so good about our stay. We had to wait over 20 minutes to check while the staff member tried to resolve issues with another guest. That was unfortunate but understandable, but I was never acknowledged and when I was able to begin, was abandoned to another guest before completing. Was never told anything about the property including breakfast location and hours or spa location and details. The next day tried to ask the same staff member how to get to the spa and was told she didn’t have time! The good…breakfast was very good and plentiful with a nice assortment of options, our room was as spacious with a nice view. However, the light in the hall didn’t work so it was very dark. The second night we were there we happened to discover that while our bathroom window was frosted, at night you could see right in when the light was on. Since the bathroom faced the parking lot and the toilet located in the window, guests should be aware!

Wenn ein Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt ist, sollte der Rezeptionist dies wissen. Eine erneute Nachfrage beim Check Out vermittelt den Eindruck, dass er seine eigene Arbeit nicht im Griff hat. Ich möchte als Gast nicht fürchten dass meine Kreditkartendaten dort nicht sehr gut aufgehoben sind.

This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Das Feeling einer Burg zu haben, war super. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider wurde die Bar jeden Abend früher geschlossen als angegeben, so konnten wir die Terrasse mit einem entspannten abendlichen Wein nicht genießen. Das Restaurant war mir für diesen Anlass zu laut. Die Sauna war super. Das Poolwasser leider deutlich zu kalt, sogar für meine morgendliche sportliche Schwimmrunde.

Tolles Schlosshotel mit wunderbarer Aussicht, sehr nettes Personal und lecker Frühstückbuffet… Coole wellness-Anlage Tolle Gegend zum biken…

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

It was all PICTURE (amazing views) PERFECT (see attached photo of the view from our room). The restaurant…we had two dinners and three breakfasts. It was all divine. The wait staff was very professional. Overall an incredible property. If it is on your radar as a “maybe”, then you need to book it and make it a “definite”!

The setting of this hotel is stunning, and we had a balcony overlooking the Rhine. Quiet, elegant and relaxing! Currently there is extensive work on the adjoining Castle Rheinfels, but this was not disruptive to the hotel. Lovely breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant with fabulous views of the Rhine. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful.
