When I booked the hotel, one of the main reasons was the swimming pool. However, when we checked in, we were told it is seasonal. This information should be clearly stated at the time of booking. My daughter was very disappointed because we specifically chose this hotel for the pool. Luckily, there was a leisure centre nearby, but that’s not the point. If you advertise your hotel as having a swimming pool, it shouldn’t matter whether it’s summer or winter — the availability needs to be made clear before guests book. Other than that, everything else was fine. The view was great and the staff were friendly and Wellcome.

Staff and the quality (and quantity) of food absolutely fantastic. Location of hotel perfect too. Swimming pool well sized and a reasonable temp for two learners - a nice bonus. Room comfortable but a little tired. Overall a lovely stay and we would return.

Really good location on the seafront with parking . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Quite good choice for breakfast individually cooked . I booked basic double room with separate bathroom. All clean . Good value

Second year in a row, we've stayed at palm court hotel. Loved the room. Had everything i needed also, we had breakfast this year, which was excellent. The staff were very friendly as usual. Excellent parking, which is a huge bonus. Definitely going back next year.

We have booked with including breakfast on Expedia.When we arrived at the property they said our reservation was without breakfast The receptionist said it was a common error on Expedia online page that although you add breakfast as a thickbox the price does not change.You can remove that thickbox to prevent confusion if breakfast is not included in the price.Moreover it was stated on page that additional bed is available to add if requested.We asked for it and the hotel informed us that only baby beds were available to add because of fire precautions.I think this should be stated in the online booking site of the hotel as well.

My stay was quiet good. Shower was very slow and I saw bird poo at my window. Apart from that it was good.

Had an overnight stay with work. Bed was comfortable, great location, the shower was good and friendly staff. I cant say much more I only used the shower and bed

Staff were nice especially the lady at the reception was very friendly. We really enjoyed it at the pool but found the family room quite small and outdated. Bathroom was nice and clean but it’s a shame I can’t say the same thing about the room. However it was a last minute thing and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel would stay again

Lovely hotel, we would definitely stay again. We had the luxury of the pool to ourselves which was an added bonus. Good location very close to beach and parking provided.

The location is good and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The bar area and the pool may possibly have been renovated more recently, but the rooms and decor are very old and tired.

It states a family room we was in, it is no way a family room for 2 adults and 11 and 15 year old, room was too small, bed comfort for us all was not great,

Good location and staff were all so friendly and helpful. Restaurant had lots of choices and the roast dinner is not to be missed! We really enjoyed our stay.

Rather tired decor and uncomfortable bar arrangement. Over priced food and facilities. Found most people ate else where. Very poor insulated rooms which meant heard alot of external noise. Parking an issue at the hotel but there is an over flow car park down the road but if you can't walk far may be an issue. Staff great. Bedroom tired and smaller than expected over looking back of football stadium.
