The hosts were chatty and very lovely . Breakfast was amazing .. and the place was lovely quiet and peaceful. Easy access down to the beach about 10 mins lovely walk and seen some beautiful views.. parking was great no worries. Car was safe .. the TV channels played up a little .. but mostly ok .. im a bit of a telly lover but I can't really fault my few days it was lovely

Our stay was very good, breakfast was tasty and you had a good choice. parking was excellent and site was very central and we will stay again.

Great Hotel and a new regular for me. Food is good as it a great menu with loads of choice and not just hotel food.

Great location with fabulously helpful staff in charming character building. Excellent value for money especially with such a plentiful breakfast. Wi-Fi was a bit slow during our stay and could need an upgrade. Would definite recommend.

Amazing old building nestled in some peaceful woodland. Great breakfast, excellent produce, poached egg was perfect, lovely fresh bread. The room was extremely spacious and well decorated. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great to have free parking in Ilfracombe too. We ate breakfast each morning while watching a multitude of birds through the breakfast room window.

Clean, warm room with very comfortable bed. Pleasant, friendly staff and hearty breakfasts.

Lovely place to stay- good location, close enough to town but still quiet. Lovely gardens, delicious breakfast, comfy bed. Highly recommended!

All in all, a perfect stay - beautiful and spacious ground floor room, free on-site parking, close to Ilfracombe harbour. Very good, freshly cooked breakfast

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. I had made a slight error on the booking but they were able to rectify the problem straight away. Room 2 was comfortable and very elegant with a modern ensuite. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted delicious. Plenty of parking space and lovely gardens with views. Fabulous location and within walking distance to the harbour and centre. Stayed for two nights and would definitely return.

Great historic building and friendly owners.

This impressive property scores highly in most areas, with good parking on site. Staff/proprietors are friendly. If you are not very sprightly 😬, the location is very good but if walking to the harbour, beware of the uphill return!

A wonderful stay at Laston House. Our bedroom was large with sea views. The building is gorgeous and very well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a great choice for breakfast and it was very tasty. We will definitely stay there again, would highly recommend.
