Struttura che sarebbe da ristrutturare. Le foto sono meglio della realtà. In compenso c'è un personale gentile e premuroso. Per il costo contenuto è consigliabile ma non è uno standard alto.

La struttura ha delle belle foto ma trascurata. muri con intonaco cadente maniglie divelte e mancanti nei corridoi portasapone divelti lavandini piccoli fontana lontana e corte per lavarsi le mani il lavandino si riempie subito e devi attendere che l’acqua vada via per risciacquarti. Vasche troppo alte mia moglie e’ scivolata ed ha una contusione ed ematomi al polso. Colazione nella norma come gli altri univa cosa i bordi dei tavoli non vengono puliti da parecchio tempo e sono veramente sporchi. Mi spiace veramente. Strategicamente si in centro va bene. Secondo piano non adatto per persone di una certa età hanno scalini pericolosi ed un solo piano ha il corrimano.

Our stay was disappointing. We paid $180.00 USD per night for a place where the cleanliness and operation left much to be desired. There were many cobwebs, the mini-fridge was filthy, as were the dishes. The sheets were stained, the shower water didn't drain, the shower head was broken, there was a strong sewage smell, and the air conditioning didn't work. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good, but we definitely don't recommend it. We didn't like the hotel.

Lovely stay in ideal location with attentive staff, good views and great breakfast served on terrace. Booked in for hamam which was very enjoyable. Only downside was we had the top apartment that opened onto terrace which was a lovely apartment with own breakfast table, but shower flooded so you had to be quick, the buildings AC unit was on our roof and noisy at night, and the town is full of seagulls that woke you up early. None of this would be a problem on lower floors.

Friendly staff. Good location Lovely breakfast on the roof top Bedroom was nicely decorated but a bit damp. Needs a dehumidifier. Door handle/ lock coming away from door. No security at all, anyone could have got through windows from courtyard into the room

Bon séjour à Casa Lila & Spa. Grande chambre, le personnel est adorable et au petit soin. Lit confortable, le petit déjeuner est copieux et c’est agréable de le prendre sur la terrasse. Bonne situation géographique dans la Médina. J’ai pu avoir ma chambre en avance car elle était disponible. J’ai apprécié le calme à l’intérieur du Riad car dehors c’est très bruyant et mouvementé. Le ménage n’est pas parfait mais ça reste très correct. Je recommande néanmoins les chambres en étage car plus lumineuses, la mienne au rez de chaussée était sombre.

Didn’t use the spa at the Riad, however I did use one in town it was amazing price very reasonable. The Riad itself was nice . People at reception were very friendly. Overall I docommand this Road

I am nearly 70 years old, I find it hard to say it out loud, I have been travelling for 50 years, I have visited maybe 80 different countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is , quite simply, one of the best of them all. Can I try to explain why ? On arrival it is so unassuming; a small entrance from a busy street in the middle of the ancient Medina. A single sign, it would be easy to miss, but inside, it is like Doctor Who’s Tardis: only about 10 bedrooms arranged over four levels; each built around a central courtyard with tables, sunbeds and so on It is immaculately clean and artistically decorated The top floor is quiet, peaceful with a great view over the city. A perfect place to spend two hours with a book on sunny afternoon The breakfast is one of the beds, not just as the food is so imaginative, but because of the friendly service, and the stunning location We LOVED our bedroom: a large comfortable bed, high quality cotton (or was kt line ?) sheets and pillows, spotlessly clean, an architecturally stunning bathroom, tea, coffee, air con. We had it all, a little oasis among the hustle and bustle of the Medina Top of the pops though come the staff at the hotel and that means everyone: a fine team,. Everybody friendly, everybody knowing their jobs. Nothing was too much to ask. They really made this feel like home Finally, here is to tip. The hotel does not have a permanent restaurant but Expedia's limit on characters won't let me tell you anymore

Petit-déjeuner avec pain rassi et brioche réchauffée non fraîche également. Café froid le 2eme jour. Gâteaux non fait maison. Petit dejeuné le moins bon de nos 2 semaines au Maroc. Le sol de la chambre était sale. Peut-être que comme nous sommes arrivées en avance, ils ont voulu nous donner la chambre rapidement mais nous aurions préféré attendre plus et être à l'aise en marchant pieds nus. En tous cas c'était très sale.

Suoer stay at beautiful Riad in the medina. Rooms were really quirky and staff super helpful.

La carte n est pas le territoire et chacun sa perception du monde. Un peu plus de tolérance et un peu moins de jugement auraient été appréciables. Belles rencontres féminines avec de beaux moments de partages et conseils pour activités (ranch de Diabat).

Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Landestypisches Frühstück. Check-In and Check-Out unkompliziert. Personal sehr freundlich.

Casa Lila is a simply beautiful 300 year old riad, within the walls of the medina, an easy walk to everywhere in Essaouira. The people who work there are warm, lovely and welcoming- they are so helpful, and they love their city. We had a wonderful stay.

Väldigt fin inredning (speciellt om man gillar lila). Grym frukost och personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.
