Mala atención y faltaba de todo para desayunar. No encontrabas a nadie que te atendiera y cuando venía una persona te decía que no tenían productos porque eran fiestas en Cadiz

Excellent hotel...clean, well located, quiet.

La estancia a sido corta pero muy buena

Muy tranquilo , accesible, excelentes instalaciones, cerca del centro con buena oferta gastronómica muy cerca

Beautiful building and a lovely, friendly hotel. You will be 10 minute walk from the centre. Be aware that although they offer free parking there are only 15 spots. You may be asked to find a spot on the street as we were. Also if your room faces the street there will be constant traffic noise. The town is wonderful with many great places to eat.

In construction(front)

Very interesting and sympathetic renovation of an historic building. Our room (which I think was one of the most basic) was of generous size, well-equipped, and stylishly decorated. The welcome and all subsequent attention form the staff was fast, efficient, and friendly.

Der Enttäuschung beim Anblick des Hotels folgte weitere Entäuschungen. Fassade ziemlich heruntergekommen. Empfang ohne Emotion. Wir hatten vor Monaten 2 Zimmer für 3 Tage um über 1.200,-- Euro gebucht. Der Bitte die 2 Zimmer im gleichen Geschoß wurde nicht nachgekommen. Obwohl Monate vorher gebucht. Der Gipfel: Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett entpuppte sich als Einzelzimmer mit einem Bett ca. 10m2 groß. Auf Nachdruck konnte wir auf ein normales Zimmer mit Doppelbett tauschen. Zur Überraschung im gleichen Stockwerk, was vorher nicht möglich war. Unser Zimmer war eine Dunkelkammer. Kein Tageslicht und das elektrische Licht entsprach nicht dem aktuellen Standard, milde gesagt. Leider max. 3 Sterne für diese Unterkunft- Maximal.

Au vu du prix payé, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux . On sent un hôtel rénové voici une vingtaine d’années , mais manquant de réflexions ( et d’argent?) pour le faire correctement . Dès lors, les 4* sont clairement de trop. Le moins bon des 10 hôtels fréquentées lors de notre séjour en Andalousie . Dommage, la station balnéaire aux abords du guadalquivir est sympathique .

Magnifique chambre personnel très sympathique. a cinq minutes à pied du centre.

Habitación muy cómoda ,muy espaciosa y silenciosa todo muy limpio, estupendo la doble ventana para que no entre la luz, solo había gel en la ducha falto algo para lavarse las manos en el lavabo , y algún detalle individual de cremas, pasta de dientes, gorro, cuchilla en fin cositas de esas...y especialmente para mí más cómodo las almohadas que sean un poco más duras.

Mi estancia ha sido un engaño ya que yo fui a un hotel que tenía piscina y cuando llego la sorpresa es que estaba cerrada en la página no lo ponía lo cual es una estafa y llevaba dos niños de 8 años y a una temperatura de 28 grados , me siento engañada

siempre buscamos hoteles con un valor añadido y este antiguo palacio de cargadores lo tiene.

La Sra de recepción bien pero le comenté que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba subiendo el compañero a revisarlo regresamos y ya no estaban por la hora, así que pasamos la noche en vela con la ventana abierta lo cual conlleva el ruido de los coches y crujidos del techo de madera.... en fin que las condiciones para ser de cuatro estrellas deja mucho que desear. No volveré a este hotel ni lo recomendaría por supuesto

Stayed for one night in Palacio de Arizan on holiday. The hotel is in a nicely refurbished old palace with plenty of charm. Room and service at the reception was great. Fine breakfast and good parking facilities just outside the hotel. Short walk to local Wine Bodegas. Certainly recommended.

Very spacious and well located hotel. Massive plus was the on site parking and ease of vehicle access to the hotel
