The room is not that great

Room was good. Breakfast and dinner at 2nd floor were good. Pool side restaurant by the terrace was terrible

Rooms were not clean. Fixtures broken thermostat not functioning no hangers,not enough towels Too much of masking perfumes odor. Hotel does not qualify for Raddison Flag Staff were kind& hospitable

The location is great! Excellent staff- they are extremely helpful! Great food and nice breakfast buffet. The property needs maintenance. The twin beds are very small - very hard for two people to sleep on each bad. I requested for a non-smoking floor and I got one. But I saw a few people were drinking and smoking in a room adjacent to mine. Their door was open and smoke from cigarettes was all over the floor None of their house skipping staffs bothered to complain or report. I reported the incident to the front desk and they shifted me to a different floor. This was a big hassle late in the night. They should strictly enforce the policies

Cet hôtel est classe 4.5 étoiles mais n’en mérite que 2, et encore… Bruyant car mal isolé et on entend le traffic, réveil a 4h30am car un minaret est juste à côté. Room service déplorable où l’on oublie la moitié des plats, que l’on ne livre toujours pas malgré un appel. Personnel de comprend pas bien l’anglais. Ci dessous photos du téléphone crasseux (qui ne fonctionne pas bien) et de la douche.

Everything very old, damaged or broken Sorry Mold smell in the room

Asked for a quiet room. Was given a room next to the construction site. Later at 1am, one of the service team knocks at my DND room and wakes me up for the checkout. Nobody knows anything as to what is going on in their system.

Property is pretty old with old furniture's. I booked a business class with a lounge access however there is no lounge at the hotel.

The queen beds are not really queen. They are very small. Overall cleanliness is not up to the mark. This is more like a 3-star property.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by a constant, random loud noise coming from the central AC system. It sounded like a mechanical issue and would go off at odd hours—making it nearly impossible to get a full night’s sleep. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was resolved during my stay. Also rooms are not up to the standard, dirty towel and rusty bathroom with mold.

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was polite and happy to help Things which were not great 1. Bathroom are designed badly. Mirror and sink were in opposite direction. Find hard to shave 2. Room had basic things but missing core things like Safe, Iron 3. Room service was way to expensive. 4. Overall overpriced

This is a poorly maintained property that employs staff who do not understand English well and speak English with a strong Indian accent. Many items on their menu are unavailable.

This is not a 5 star hotel for sure. Breakfast has limited options. Rooms are old. Tv did not work.
