The hotel has been extended and the reason is clear, very warm, cosy and modern interior with polite staff (mostly women) who tend to your every need. The bar and restaurant are satisfactory for week long stays. Affordable and delicious! The rooms are modern and spacious with beautiful views and its a short taxi ride to the two closest times and the port. Would reccomend highly

Restaurant closed at 2130 although all information is it closes at 2200 so i could get food after travelling all day

First I got the feeling since I booked from Expedia that they don't really care about giving a good service knowing that I booked my room earlier, but they give me a room in the first floor without a good view. The beds where 2 single beds instead of double bed Eventhough I told them I was with my wife and she will has her Birthday !!. I asked for extra pillows and after waiting for nearly one hour to get them, I tried to call them on the phone but it wasn't working and then ended up going to the reception to be told that there are no extra pillows available!!! They didn't bother themselves to come to my room and say that! The next day I asked to change my room to a kingsize bed room and they did that after longtime processing, at the end we got a room in the basement!!. alone without any other rooms. The next morning they knock the door at 7 am just to ask how did I get in this room because they didn't change the room in the system. That was so annoying !!

Väldigt stort och fräscht rum med grym A/C. Hotellet har kanske rykte om sig att vara arbetarhotell (och det är det väl) men det passar lika bra för par och familjer. Bra parkering, vänlig personal och nära till Burger King och KFC om man är sugen. Har man bil och vill undvika att leta parkering är det ett bra alternativ!

en general BASTION es una cadena segura y me siento a gusto estando en sus hoteles. en este caso, este hotel esta de OBRAS. entiendo que es un proceso, pero deberían de avisar. la habitación estaba nueva, pero olía a "obra". a la mañana los obreros entraron en la habitación a trabajar.... el GYM estaba in-operativo, lo cual entiendo deberían de avisarlo a la hora de la reserva. Era un condicionamiento de mi reserva. Entiendo que en cuanto acaben quedará muy bien, pero el proceso de obra lo tienen que cuidar o mínimo avisar...

Propreté chambre insuffisante, tables au petit déjeuner non rangées, pas propres. Mouches autour du buffet au mois de Novembre

Alles was ronduit smoezelig of vies, alles was stuk of bijna stuk en buiten 1 grote bouwput.

The Hotel was really unhygienic, for days the bins were over flowing without being emptied, breakfast was completely covered in flys as you walked past the all started hovering over the food and landing on the food
