Great location, which was so close to beach, restaurant and shopping.ceiling fan was not working in the bedroom.

It was impossible to sleep on the sofa mattress. It was a terrible one! And there were some cockroaches in the apartment.

The bathroom did not get clean before we got there, and there were two used soap bars with hair on them in the shower. The light switch was broken and was hard to turn the light on in the bedroom, plus the fan switch was faulty.

Property was in a fabulous location. Easy walk to surfers beach. Unfortunately the Internet isn’t very good for people who work online as it was like having dialup which for us dosnt work. Cleaner must have been in a rush after last guests as inside microwave was dirty, sliding door and bathroom mirror were grubby. Kitchen tap only trickles out which makes doing dishes near impossible. No remote for tv in the bedroom so couldn’t watch it.

The property is located easy walking distance to surfers Paradise and also the local Chevron Island shops and restaurants. The property is compact but there was good parking and their accommodation was clean and pleasant. Communication was excellent. The kitchen was really well appointed for a stay of several days. The pool was also a lovely addition. The property represents a really good value alternative to staying in surfers Paradise with a lot more amenities for the money you pay then what you would get over on the glitter strip.

Très bon séjour dans ce appartement hôtel. Le logement est spacieux et fonctionnel avec une cuisine de qualité (four et micro-ondes modernes). Je noterai un très gros plus pour le lave linge et sèche linge individuel et sans surcoût avec lessive. Cependant, malgré une personne très aimable à la réception, le check-in est bcp trop strict au niveau horaire. Ne soyez pas en avance. 14h c’est 14h.

The heated pool was absolutely beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were older style but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to cafe and restaurants and to Cavill Avenue.

Just over the bridge from Surfers Paradise, thus you can easily walk over to the strip. Communication with Jane was easy, quick and efficient. I stayed for 2 weeks and appreciated having laundry available. Though, very good internet strength was confined to the kitchen area. Otherwise, all was amazing!

Very good will stay again.

Very comfortable and quiet location. We were travelling for a sports tournament and the apartment was perfect, with a good kitchenette and washing machine also. Easy walk to beach and shops, and very helpful management. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!

This resort apartment was perfect for us. We were there for 9 days. We had a washing machine and dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, towels, a kitchen with all the utensils, crockery, tea, coffee, sugar and a balcony to sit on that overlooked the pool area. Then add in Jane and her willingness to help us on a weekend and you have a perfect place, within walking distance to Surfers Paradise. Thank you Jane ❤️

I chose to stay away from the crazy that is Surfers Central, and this was perfect. Short walk to everything, and even a small group of shops nearby. It was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped for a serviced apartment. Small tip though is to supply salt and pepper. Who wants to buy that for a short stay. I would definitely stay again but not in that particular room. As it was near the pool and the entry to other apartments l had to keep the shutters (which gave great privacy) on the patio shut for most of the time. The only other thing was that even though there was an overhead fan in the bedroom, it did not operational. Overall good value fir the money.
