Personnel très bienveillant. La médication de mon fils a été mis au frigo comme demandé. Le personnel répondait à tous nos questions.

I’m not sure how this property obtained a 4* rating, it’s a basic 3* with no amenities. I’m genuinely surprised by the excellent reviews it has received, maybe customers confused rustic with basic. There was no fridge, no tissues, no bin, no tv in the room. The sink tap would move if you turned it on. The shower area looked damp and the brickwork around it was rough. The property didn’t look like it had been maintained. No staff other than the cleaning staff were available during the day so if you wanted to have a cold drink, you couldn’t. Breakfast was basic with no choice. Bread, jams and processed soft cheese. One day we were given a boiled egg. Breakfast would only start at 8 and if you wanted dinner you had to order in advance, the latest service was at 8. There was only one man who would stay overnight in the property and we were advised if we needed anything to shout as there were no phones in the rooms. Suffice to say I wouldn’t recommend this property.

What a charming and eclectic Riad! Staff was amazing, and breakfast was always wonderful. The Riad is in a great location to explore the Medina and there are great places to eat just a short walk away. The dinner we had at the Riad itself was wonderful as well. Would definitely book again if I were to return to Fes!

Rooms were well kept. Loved the location. Close to taxi service. Staff were very helpful. Imane and Zaine were wonderful. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing old Riad. 1100 year old and looks amazing. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good lots of options. The lobby looks incredible, I would highly recommend this Riad.

If you’re looking for easy access to the old city this is a convenient location. We were able to walk every where. There’s so much to do and see at all times. The location was very safe, clean, spacious and comfortable. Character is endless in the beautifully restored and maintained riad. It felt like visiting a castle. The rooms are not conventional or modern but that’s what give them their charm. The staff go above and beyond to care for any request. We left very early and were given a box breakfast to take along for our journey. So very thoughtful. We will be back to visit many times!

Very immersive cultural experience. Enjoyed the dates they offered at breakfast and the proximity of the location to things. We even got a free room upgrade which was really nice. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to answering all our questions.

The bathroom door could not be locked and the management couldn't fix it. Breakfast was plain with limited choices. Rooms were awkwardly shaped and were not safe ,especially for seniors. The steps leading to the Rooms very narrow and dangerous. The curtains were not hung properly and electrical outlets were not placed conveniently

Fijn klein Riad. Minizwembadje, maar voldoende om even op te frissen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en hartelijke ontvangst. Behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt. Ook optie om te dineren. In de buurt vele mogelijkheden om uit eten te gaan. Na de drukke oude stad fijn om rustig in deze Riad te verblijven.

The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive! The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Totally recommended!

The hotel was in old city which is walkable but parking was tuff. The property was great and clean. The staff was great and very helpful

Stayed 3 nights and only had one with hot water. Excellent location. Heating system was not very good. Lovely staff but put my “needs to be refrigerated” medicine in the freezer so I had to throw out $1000 worth of medicine. breakfast was quite nice.
