Riad acogedor con personal muy amable. El desayuno es cerrado con desayuno típico marroquí. Las habitaciones e instalaciones están algo deterioradas pero bien. Muy bien en lo que se refiere a limpieza y servicio de habitaciones. El pago de tasas al final del hospedaje solo es con efectivo.

Hygiene , vriendelkjkheid en behulpzaamheid top. Ontbijt is wat eentonig, elke dag hetzelfde. Goede plek als je wil slapen in de medina

Very lovely Riad. It's a small palace in the beautiful old part of Marrakech, Medina. Very close to where the taxi can drop you off. Hospitality is key and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. You are in the city center and yet when you relax in the jacuzzi there is peace and quiet, perfect. I would love to come back again.

Le personnel était très sympathique et l’emplacement au cœur du souk est un point positif. Le seul bémol est que la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos postées sur Expédia. Malgré cela, la chambre était comme même propre. Pour le repas, je ne le recommande pas car trop cher.

Se debe caminar para llegar al hotel, es viejo y con humedad, baños hueles mal, es muy pequeño y deteriorado, no tiene nevera

Good location and friendly staff. The Riad is dated and needs a facelift. The furniture has seen better days. The breakfast room door has a large pain of glass missing which has been for months. Rooms are small. An economicaly Riad but overpriced. Did not use the hot tub or the sun loungers as they did not look inviting. Good basic breakfast service.

Idéalement situé à l'entrée de la médina. Quartier où l'on se sent en sécurité. Le personnel, Rachid, Saïda ainsi que les gérants sont au top. Très gentils et serviables. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Le riad propose un très bon service de transfert depuis et jusqu'à l'aéroport. Il est très bien situé à la limite du souk et permet de rejoindre très facilement la place Jemaa el-Fna. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et propose un service impeccable. Le lieu en lui-même est très agréable et typique même si le mobilier paraît un peu viellot.

最初に案内された２階の４号室は、湿気がひどく、エアコンも全く効かない状態だった。２日間我慢したが耐えきれず、部屋を変えてもらった。

Perfect location. Great service. Clean. Safe. Just buy ur self a simcard with internet and u are good to go and explore the amazing Marrakech. Dont count on the wifi

Jätte mysigt upplevelse! Det enda negativa var sängen som var i stort sett färdig för soptippen. Sov 3 nätter på den och nu mår min rygg inte så bra. Allt annat var kanon och läget var super!

El servicio y atenciones de todos fueron increíbles. Rashid y Karim fueron muy amables y me ayudaron mucho ya que me enfermé y ellos me cuidaron subiéndome té a la habitación y preguntándome todos los dias si ya me sentia mejor. Me senti como en casa. Gracias Rashid y Karim. Desde México les mando un abrazo!

Accueil au top. Bien au delà du riad en lui même, c'est le personnel qui est a mettre en avant. Saïda, Rachid, et Karim sont d'un dévouement et d'une gentillesse hors norme. Nous avons partagé avec eux la terrible épreuve du tremblement de terre du 08/09/2023, et Rachid qui était sur place ce soir là, a très bien géré la situation. Leur rencontre fut un grand moment pour nous, ce sont de belles personnes. Evelyne et Francis.

The staff were amazing! Very cozy place and very comfortable rooms. Before our stay we were in other hotels in Morocco and this was the only place with AC which was amazing!

Never ever again. This Hotel should be removed from Hotels.com It was supposed to be Hotel and Spa, there is no Spa. There was absolutely nothing. Only cold water. Wi-Fi connection really bad… I have travelled a lot in Marrakesh and never experienced this before. Tourists will never return to Morocco if this is what they will experience 😔
