The property was delightful the staff were engaging I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone it was stunningn

Honestly, I expected more for the price charged. The hotel is quite expensive considering the quality offered. The breakfast was very poor, with few options and nothing special. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the spa, but unfortunately I couldn't even use it, as it was always busy and, on top of that, it required an extra payment. The staff also left something to be desired: I found them unfriendly and not at all welcoming. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. For the price, there are much better options in the area.

Unfortunately I was only here for one night. Amazing hotel, great staff, excellent restaurant.

It's definitely not a 5* Hotel. Reception was nice but luggage service, no explenations for the breakfast, facilities in the hotel. Had to order ourselves the welcome drink.... The room was nice but douche not functioned well but they said no it's normal. Our friend in another room had the waterfountain no working, they didn't try to fix it... Breakfast service very bad. We ordered a la carte meal, they forgot us 2 times in 3 days and we waited 45min... We don't recommend this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Würde wieder dort buchen. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Tolle Aussicht und sehr schönes Restaurant /Bar. Top!

Loved the spa and that you can hire it privately - amazing facility and so big!!!

We consider ourselves lucky to have found this fantastic and cosy hotel in the cernter of Palaya del Ingles and we loved every single detail of it, from the faboulous breakfast, really chill pool area and the nice staff to the breath taking views from the sky bar. If we ever go back, we know where we will be staying.

Fabulous staff in a lovely hotel near to everything in Maspalomas.

I had an excellent stay—this hotel appears to be the best in the area. I loved the stylish decor, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The location was prime, and the room amenities were all very good. The entire hotel was also extremely clean, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The pool was a highlight—well-kept and perfect for unwinding. The only downside was the inconsistency in service at the pool bar. Some staff were very attentive, while others didn’t seem as engaged. Despite that, the overall experience was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen hinter uns und es war sehr schön im Hotel. Das essen im 360 Grad Restaurant ist sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Todo un descubrimiento en Maspalomas! Para repetir sin dudarlo. Un oasis junto a las dunas, con piscinas climatizadas exteriores y un restautante con vistas 360, de calidad top.

Stunning customer service. Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the professional spa treatments, live music in Atelier rooftop bar and great food in the 360’ restaurant overlooking the beachfront, dunes etc.

Wij vonden het geen 5 sterren locatie. De kamer was echt klein, geen zit gedeelte. 1 ongemakkelijke stoel. De schoonmaak is maar 1 x dgs. Er is maar 1 lift voor alle kamers, 1 koffie machine bij het ontbijt. Bij het zwembad staan de bedjes erg dicht op elkaar.

Excellent hotel: Staff always help with any problems or queries without hesitation, friendly, helpful and high quality designer rooms and amenities. Rooftop bar and restaurant very good. Have extended our stay by a week and booked again to come back in 2 months. Will try the spa treatments this coming week.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, gut gelegen und wenige geh Minuten zum Strand entfernt. Zwei Außenbereiche mit jeweils zwei Pools, je einer davon als Whirlpool, bieten eine tolle Möglichkeit sich im Hotel zu erholen und zu Sonnen. Gegessen wird in der obersten Etage mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über die Stadt und auf das Meer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass man den Spa Bereich nur gegen einer Gebühr für 50 min. buchen kann. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hier buchen.
