Clean room parking

Great staff, very large rooms, clean and quiet.

out dated not clean. bed was full of black hair.

The room could do with a deep clean and some cosmetic repairs. With stained carpets, broken tiles etc. it was obviously a boutique hotel in it's day but is showing it's age now. The staff were very helpful and were great at reception. Parking was easy.

Parking was good, the room was good. Would have been nice if there was some cutlery at least and maybe a microwave? Spa was nice but one of the water jets points a different direction leading to it spraying the wall if you move the wrong way. There was a function on saterday the 28th which was a shame since we wanted to play pool and weren't disturbing any of the guests yet we were kicked out mid game which was a shame since that was our only chance to play there were also no signs saying that we couldn't enter so we just did thinking nothing of it. And then the saterday night it was very loud due to the music from the function leading to us not getting very much sleep at all. And then having to wake up early to pack up everything before 10am the next morning.

Staff friendly, clean room, pool and gym good. Stayed 1 night

Large rooms, and they had an ice machine which was very useful for us heading out for sport. Reception staff were welcoming.

Pest control

room good, staff good, had jug and toaster incl. tea/coffee but no crockery or cutlery, so no need for toaster. tv difficult to use as was the a/c controls. Waste bin broken. advertised having a restaurant but was not open on Mondays. we stayed Monday. we would not have booked if we had known this as it is difficult to find way around unfamiliar city to locate eatery and not wanting to go out after very long drive. never again.

clean room , staff are really nice

Disappointed with our stay, and lack of action from management to control other guests who made excessive noice until around 5.30am. No one answered the after hours phone. Other guests had to deal with the abuse from the people causing the disturbance - I hope you refund their room. There is no way onsite management did not hear the disruption - it was like a night club.

Dirty. There were clumps of hair in the bathroom behind the door and in the bath. It did not feel clean. Stains on a towel and a hole in the bath mat and dishes and cutlery were dirty. Not acceptable for the price. The apartment was spacious but there was no lounge which seemed odd.. The water and ice dispenser in the hallway was good.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and was big. We are happy with our choice

Late night check-in well organised but room badly in need of Reno/upgrade - very very tired and smelly with badly stained carpet
