A good place to stay while traveling to Miami.

Everything was great from check-in to checkout. The young lady that checked me in went up and about pleasant attitude.

The staff were ok. They didnt do anything wrong but they weren't very outgoing like staff at other hotels. I had to ask alot of questions that weren't addressed at check-in. Overall the amenities were clean and updated. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable for someone who has musculoskeletal pain but the rest of the family slept well. There was a blackout curtain which couldn't be partially opened and there wasnt really a way to get a little light, which I don't really like because I often wake up during the night. The pool area was nice but pool and hot tub were pretty small. Aside from those little things we had a pleasant experience. We found a burger joint around the corner along with other food options.

Everything was excellent except for the guy at the bar. He was rude, and when I asked if there was a menu, he said no. I asked him for a drink recommendation, and he just shrugged and said, "I don't know."

Everything was excellent!! The staff was friendly and provided us with 2 free drinks during their happy hour and snacks for the room upon checking in.

The front desk staff are the most rude hotel employees I’ve ever encountered. The pool is tiny and over crowded. Will never stay here again.
