The apt was very old. The air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom was very small and the bathtub very high to get in for my mother who is 84.

O ponto é excelente. A parte externa do predio muito boa, mas a interna o mobiliario esta antiquado. Nas proximidades existem diversas opções para comer, com bares, restaurantes e padaria.

I booked as if there was a breakfast included in the price and them I received a message from the hotel informing that they dont have a kitchen anymore so there was no breakfast. Hotel is very simple, furniture is old, airconditioner was old and was not working and the hotel was very noisy. I could hear airplane flying by every 10 minutes and also I could hear the noise coming from the bars on the street. Staff from reception was very nice and pleasant. I asked for a quieter room and with a airconditioner that was working and he promptly changed my room.

TV not working

Only one bedroom had AC, and no pots or pans or information on what was included, like washing of dishes. But very nice staff, good location, clean and lot’s of space!

Ótima localização e facilidades no flat (mercado no térreo, academia, sauna, estacionamento, cozinha no apartamento…). O atendimento na recepção também foi impecável! Só achei o apartamento um pouco antigo e o banheiro com muitas marcas de uso e de umidade.

Great location. Dated and dirt apartment. Wall outlet gave out sparks when connecting phone power cord to it.

Cheguei mais cedo no residencial e permitiram o early check in, sendo bastante atenciosos.

Hotel com excelente localização. Um pouco antigo mas com tudo funcionando. Funcionários gentis. O hotel aceita pets sem cobranças extras e a garagem é grátis. Fico sempre lá

Razoável, os produtos de limpeza tinham um cheiro muito forte. As TVs da sala da suíte tinham que sintonizar o mesmo canal simultaneamente.

Excelente flat. Pertinho do melhor do bairro Itaim.
