La estadía en el hotel fue mala. Instalaciones muy mal estado Baño cuarto muy deteriorado y sucio Duchas no gradúan con fugas piso con manchas Un día una sola toalla para 4 segundos día Ordene al cuarto deditos de pollo con Nutella llegó el pollo sin la Nutella Y mucho mas

Great hotel. I've stayed here several times and it's an excellent option in Cartagena. Not the closest to the walled city but very nice area with better and less crowded beaches.

Ha desmejorado mucho, el mobiliario de la habitación viejo, en el desayuno no reemplazan los pocillos ni el chocolate.

Staff was friendly but everything was a hustle for money . We felt bonbarded! Be cautious

I received top notch service and attention at the hotel throughout. The restaurant was welcomed. I ate numerous meals there and always was greeted and served well and always enjoyed the food. I also received a delightful massage on site and on the beach. The beach at times was a little “sketch” and I was approached on the beach while simply walking to the water and asked for a propina by 2 thuglike men. Once you leave the pool and lounge chair area it’s a bit Wild West like and security tactfully communicates that. The price and Holiday Inn name are what hooked me as this was a super last second reservation as American Airlines screwed up my flight and I had to down line for my 11 night cruise in Cartagena. Luckily I only missed 3 nights at sea.

Servizio top!. Personale super gentile. L'unica situazione la spiaggia, piena di gente che ti offre la qualunque, quasi venendo addosso- l'ho parlato con il personale di sicurezza- sempre disponibile. Consiglio dei miei amici brasiliani, andate al mare all' isola Bora Bora.
