The room was clean but smelly

Le personnel était très accueillant. Les choix pour déjeuner étaient variés, mais il est arrivé à quelques reprises qu'il manquait certains éléments. Au moins, ils étaient remplacés par autres choses, sauf pour le lait en boîte, ce qui est un peu embêtant. L'hôtel était propre, notre chambre aussi. Par contre, les chambres sont un peu petites et il y a très peu de pression dans les robinets. Les matelas sont un peu trop mous pour nous. Dans l'ensemble, c'est quand même acceptable, surtout que nous étions là pour profiter de Canada's Wounderland, qui est à seulement à 10 minutes d'auto.

Extremely clean, wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. Only downside is the bathroom door is a barn style, sliding door which doesn't give much privacy.

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was great, lots of options and great front desk service. I had my wedding and they sent up a cute card sending well wishes.

Great location, close to subway

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful with an issue we were having with our booking through Expedia.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient next door to a Walmart, a short distance from restaurants, shopping, trampoline, movies, indoor golf, etc. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The daily breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the French toast and potatoes.

Everything was top notch. Welcoming staff, clean room, all amenities well maintained. I especially appreciated how the busy breakfast area was handled. The staff was very attentive and directed us to a conference room set up with chairs and tables for us to eat breakfast. I will be coming back!

Nice and clean

The property was well maintained and looked like new. The design of the room with two queen beds and a sofa rollin bed was very good. We liked that the washrooms were divided into separate toilet and bathing areas with separate doors and sync included in both. This helped optimize time as it allowed one member to use one area while the other was occupied by another member. Amenities and Breakfasy were very good.

We loved our suite. Beautiful setup. Clean, fresh, and no defects. In-room hottub was awesome. Staff were wonderful, entire stay. Good breakfast, nice pool and hottub. Definitely want to return here!

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. The room was specious and breakfast was very good. The locks of the bathroom and toilet were broken, which were minor things needed to be repaired. Overall we had a great experience.

When we arrived, check-in was quick and easy when we got to our room, we did notice that neither of our bathroom doors locked, as we were travelling with two young children, this was a little bit difficult to keep them out of the bathrooms. Although the rooms were very spacious and clean. We did go swimming in the pool twice. The first night we were there. The pool was over chlorinated and we could not stay long as our eyes were burning even when we were outside of the water, although the second night was much better. The continental breakfast both days was fantastic. All of the stuff were kind very helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Vaughn area to stay at this property. We will be returning.

It took a long time for check in. We waited forever. Rooms were fairly clean and spacious. We were here for the night for a dance competition for my daughter.
