The reception staff were friendly and rooms spotless and comfy. Steep stairs to rooms, good breakfast

Great pub and hotel, good food and nice people , will come back when in the area. Room was clean and comfortable .

Room was large, big bathtub. One corner of the room had moisture damage, and mold, perhaps from a roof leak or condensation. Pub was cosy. Food tasty. There is nothing else to do in Sandhutton. A critter scampering, and chewing in the attic above our room kept us awake most of the night.

Lovely clean rooms, staff very helpful and the evening meal and breakfast were first class . Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay and would stay again. Only negative things were that the room was very warm (no instructions on how to turn the heating down) and there was a really bright green (escape route?) light above the door which was on through the night and so made it difficult to fall asleep. Both issues easily remedied. My companion had no issues with her room so would thoroughly recommend!

The food and drink was fantastic. The staff very helpful and their pub experience great! I wish we had more time allocated to experience this lovely part of the country. Also the cab service was fantastic and very flexible.
