Breakfast was good. Carpet in hallway frayed and ripped.

As always it's very quiet peaceful the parking is great the food is fantastic the staff is above average way above

Good value for money

The facility needs repair. Carpets were stained. I moved a fabric chair in the room and cockroaches were in it. No alarm clock.

It was a nuce stay, but it didn't have many trash cans. And we were sad that the pool was closed for cleaning. We liked that it was close to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints Lubbock Temple.

It could use more garbages in the room. The staff were really helpful. And we lived that it was clise to the Lubbock Texas Temple.

Expedia booked the wrong day and then Expedia North the hotel we’re willing to work with me on modifying my reservation so I never stayed at the hotel or got any kind of compensation. The hotel got paid, Expedia got paid and I got the shaft.

Need upgrade interiors fallen apart

While the hotel seemed fairly clean, the sheets had a few stains, the towels were threadbare, and the carpets were torn. Flies circled in part of the breakfast area every day during my four day stay. The staff was polite, if impersonal. For the first three days the pool was closed for cleaning, as it had been shut down by the city of Lubbock for infractions. The customer laundry area was also closed for repairs the entire time. I tried using the exercise room, but most of the equipment did not work. I would only stay again if improvements had been made.

Staff was terrible. Room was a wreck when we got there. Bedding on the floor and actual feces on the toilet!

Great experience, definitely at the top of my list

We rented room kids wanted to swim and we check in and was told pool closed. So didn't even go into the roon left rented else where and they didn't even give me a refund. Reservations doesn't say pool closed and we show up lookin forward to a pool.

Overall not bad. Room still had some trash in it behind the chair and behind the night stand. Shower handle hard to operate. No cold water in sink. Breakfast was good and pool was clean. Staff was not the friendliest when trying to check in 10 minutes early.

It's all good not much room for improvement and pretty much got it wrapped up

The carpet in the hallways werw torn to bita. The third story trash can was smelling horribly reported it to the front desk and nothing happened

Clean quite place good service didint get to try the breakfast

For price you get what you pay for.

Centrally located and close to dining options. The room was not ready, the TV stand was pulled across the room and also there was no power to the table light towards the bathroom.
