Reception staff excellent! Very helpfull with area info.

Conveniently located in McLaren Vale, so easy access to the wineries. Outdoor pool is closed during the winter. Staff were very friendly.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Serafino to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Big room but was very dated. Had quite a few spiders around bed and couch. Needs maintenance and updates.

Spacious room and nice environments. However no bkf n dinner were provided. Restaurant only open from Thursday to Sunday.

Overall, everything was good, one minor issue was the shower in the bath, no non slip mat provided, and could be a hazard for elderly people.

Staff very friendly, beautiful outlook. Rooms are older an not renovated with bath shower and curtain which I hate but did the job

The grounds are beautiful. Right next to Shiraz trail for bicycle or walking.. The room was large, clean and had what was needed. The hotel room is a little older style. Loved that you could sit outside and have a wine or two. Reception staff was also very friendly and efficient check in..

We did not eat at this hotel at all...we went into town and used 2 different cafes which were both very good.

Brilliant location, lake and surrounds. Walkable to the main street via the walking path, and the main street excellent for food, drink and shopping. The property is a bit tired but still good enough to stay in at the price point. Comfy bed and good TV and in rood wine offerings

Room was spacious and comfy bed. Good kitchen facilities. Nice outlook. Hotel a bit dated is only downside but doesn't affect stay. Really lovely hotel.

Smukt område. Fint værelse, rummeligt og gode faciliteter. God beliggenhed, hvis man er interesseret i vinsmagning. Indtjekning er inden kl. 17, vigtigt at gøre personalet opmærksom på, hvis man ankommer senere. Stedet er i nærheden af en fantastisk restaurant The Salopian Inn.

We had a very pleasant one night stay and really enjoyed the spacious, rural setting. Pool was great too. One suggestion for Rm 24 is to add another cup for coffee,

What a great place to stay in Mclaren Vale, located right on the rail trail and only a short walk from the main street. Room was spacious, very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfy, they provide a mini bar, microwave, kettle, pod machine, cups plates and cutlery for your use. Lovely, friendly housekeeping team providing daily housekeeping ensuring our room was well stocked for our 2 night stay. Each room has an outside seating area overlooking the lovely grounds, watching the hundreds of parrots, who arrive every evening at sundown was a highlight. There is also a very nice looking outdoor swimming pool on site, but we didn't use it. As a bonus they give guests a voucher for a complimentary wine tasting for 2 people at their cellar door. Would definately stay again.

Great relaxing location with well maintained gardens and ground and a great pool. The rooms were large and spacious and the bathroom had a spa tub. Overall this was a very special two day break and highly recommend this hotel.
