Havde booket 2 single beds og ikke ryger værelse inden ankomst. Vi fik ryger værelset og klagede over det, som sagde, at de ikke havde andre værelser. Der stank af røg på værelset. Vi skr Har boet på dette hotel 2 gange før tilbage i 2017 og 2018, hvor kvalitet og service var fint, men desværre har det ændret sig.

First of all, many thanks to the gentleman named ANOUAR at the reception. He was very kind and helpful. They gave us a very nice room. We stayed for four nights and were very happy. I found the breakfast very adequate. The ventilation system and cleanliness were all excellent. The staff was very helpful.

The staff were friendly and check-in was pretty fast.

This hotel is a reasonably priced and centrally located. The range of facility is more than adequate and the on site restaurant's buffet meals are good

The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell of cigarette:( it was too strong. With that said, I still recommend it. Everyone welcomes you with a smile! I had lunch and dinner in one of their restaurants and I loved it. I left this morning and said to the receptionist that they'll see me back the future :)

The front desk staff in Tower One are extremely rude. I witnessed them being rude to a customer and they were just as rude to me. But the staff in Tower 2 and 4 are amazing. Also the kitchen staff are nice.

Good location, rooms and helpful staff.

TV wouldn’t connect and when told they would fix it while I was out to dinner I came back and it was still not working.

Value for money

The room AC was not controlling, very cold and room getting wet due to humidity
