Hotel com excelente e farto cafe da manhã, muito bem localizado. Vista muito bonita. Perto de restaurantes. Recomendo

The staff were friendly and check-in was pretty fast.

This hotel is a reasonably priced and centrally located. The range of facility is more than adequate and the on site restaurant's buffet meals are good

The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell of cigarette:( it was too strong. With that said, I still recommend it. Everyone welcomes you with a smile! I had lunch and dinner in one of their restaurants and I loved it. I left this morning and said to the receptionist that they'll see me back the future :)

The front desk staff in Tower One are extremely rude. I witnessed them being rude to a customer and they were just as rude to me. But the staff in Tower 2 and 4 are amazing. Also the kitchen staff are nice.

Good location, rooms and helpful staff.

TV wouldn’t connect and when told they would fix it while I was out to dinner I came back and it was still not working.

Value for money

The room AC was not controlling, very cold and room getting wet due to humidity

I loved the hotel’s warm hospitality, attentive staff, and convenient location. While the dining options is excellent, The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. If I had to mention something, overall it was a great experience. Bravo Ezdan Hotel!

This hotel has best view and big room and housekeeping are goods everything comfortable
