I have booked hotel for one night that is for 11-12 June 2025. But Expedia staff has given day stay voucher to hotel wrongly and hotel denied the room saying that your booking is for day. It was night stay booking.i have not got stay please refund my full amount.

Uncomfortable stay, AC not working the entire night, inspire of complaints no action taken

Hotel is ok but full of hidden costs which are revealed after paying for the stay. Not so welcoming experience. Could have been better

Hotel is not so good. Toilet is very dirty. Provided old and torn towel. Bed linen was so old that it was as good as ceap lodge. Surpised to have extra bed as a cot with cheap matress. many tv channels were not working. Hotel is not worth with its price. Only breakfast is good.

Hotel elevators were very dirty. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Room was very dirty. Strong smell of urine in bathroom. I regretted ever going there and next day moved out to a different Hotel. I sat on the bed and waited for daytime to get out of this hotel.

Glorified budget hotel. Front office is unfriendly. Overall an okay stay. Nothing bad, nothing great, nothing noteworthy.

We went to Pune to attend a Marriage. We stayed at this hotel for that night. It was a very nice experience. Location is good and quiet.

This was my 2nd visit in last 2 years and a decent experience this time too though the quality and upkeep looked little deteriorated this time. Need a facelift and some serious self retrospection.
