Was really good stay Staff were very good Breakfast lovely Room was very warm & view wonderful Would have stayed longer if we could have But will definitely go back there again Dean was so helpful on our arrival Great stay 10/10

They changed our room due to disability, from a deluxe sea veiw to a family room and charged us an extra £30 !!! Also room was freezing when we came in in afternoon and when we got up in morning only way to get warm was to get in bed , the window and balcony door was opened upwhile we were out and left open despite being the middle of winter the radiators came on at 5pm ,the good point was the breakfasts and service were excellent ,Not suitable for disabled

we enjoyed our stay the room we had was nice the breakfast was cooked fresh and the staff were friendly. We were informed that our room was ready if we arrived early.The room we had was inviting with a good view of the beach from the window and plenty of storage for cloths so you did not live out of a suitcase . and only a short walk from the trajn station.

Room 11 was small, but very pleasant. Problem with Weymouth is parking. We parked overnight for free in the car park, but had to move the car by 8am. so missed breakfast as we could not be bothered to feed the meter and walk back to the hotel.

Room was clean, breakfast lovely and staff helpful, stayed in Room 1 , definitely need a grab rail in the shower as step down is about 10 inches which isn't good for elderly or people with mobility issues and needs towel rails in bathroom, Dean was really helpful finding us a table for our room which we could play dominoes on, Expedia need to remove from their website that the property has a mini golf and tennis, they don't!! This annoyed us as we chose this place for the mini golf but would stay again.

I booked this last minute on the evening that I stayed. Was welcomed and felt comfortable. Room was lovely and big with comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice, full English, fruit and cereals all available. Lovely view of the beach from dining area. Well located, short walk to shops, pubs and restaurants.

The breakfast was superb, the shower was really good. The door closers slam them with load bangs, needed softer closings. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, but we were able to park 10 minutes away. Very close to beach and town. Plenty to do nearby.

Good location, right opposite the beach and a short walk to the centre of town. The included breakfast was excellent.

Last minute need for a place to stay and i was really happy I chose A Maiden Rest. Dean was really great at communication in terms of ensuring I would be able to access the place properly and have a good place to park my car. Free wifi but I didnt need it. The room was great, clean and smart, everything worked and had been well looked after. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The road is a little noise at the front but youre right on the esplanade so no way around that. Sea view! Right there - lovely to wake for on the balcony and watch the first beach-goers. Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile 😃

B&b was nice,great fried breakfast,staff were friendly room was great only one thing let it down,that was constant music going on all night from the host in te dinning room,so we had a room above it and it disturb our sleep for 2 nights..

Excellent value for money in a great location. Lovely breakfast too.

Sensible priced hotel in good seafront location.

We’ve stayed in many hotels/ b&b’s in Weymouth but this is definitely one of our favourites, our room was massive with a small indoor balcony and private bathroom. It’s on the beach front and a short walk from everything. We will be staying again in the future 😊

We wanted a place to stay close to the station. This place was lovely a great old building full of character. Just what we expected a sea view and a clean room. Good value for money.. breakfast was amazing and owner was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Arrived and wRm welcome from, dean, w fi code sent to my phone, , room was very clean, and i had a most awesome view from balcony, breakfast, was cook fresh and serve promptly, by oli, i think that was his, name i will have no hesitation in reconmending , this / B B, ALSO VERY EASY WALK FROM TRAIN STATION, AND TOWN, THANKS TO ALL THERE FOR MAKING MY VISIT, SO GREAT LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE IN YOU IN NEAR FUTURE G AMEY

Basic room, which was ok, but the shower burnt you if you moved, the tv had pink static going across the screen. The room was most decorated coastal but the sink was in the bedroom and had black and pink fleur-de-lis wallpaper it was very strange. The electrics are worrying as they literally are running off a few plug sockets. 1 didn't work at all, the chap that ran it was nice enough but he needs to hire cleaners that get everything done. The door to the toilet was a slatted door that you can see through like a cupboard door so no privacy

Dean was very helpful and provided good service. My only negative issue was the parking as it was in a main pay and display. However the parking was free between 6pm and 8am. Would definitely come back. Keep up the good work dean.
