Room was clean. Internet was good. Nothing fancy but was fine for our needs. Did not use pool/hottub.

The room is clean, but the pool was very cold. We were there in February and it is an indoor pool, but it was too cold to swim. Super nice staff.

Killed a couple big bugs that looked like small cockroaches

Super clean, remarkably quiet, on the edge of town so convenient without being noisy.

Not a bad place. Kids hockey team was staying there at the same time and they were pretty quiet after 11 PM. It’s an older Motel. Nothing fancy.

The room was super clean and pleasant and comfortable. Staff were great to deal with. The Inn met all our requirements! When I booked, I didn’t see that a hair dryer was provided in the list of amenities, so I could leave mine at home. I ended up taking mine and found when I got there, there was a hair dryer, in case anyone else would like to know that. I mentioned this to the staff, that they might like to correct that in their listing.

Was not told when we checked in that our room would not be cleaned during our 3 day stay unless we asked for it. Was a bit of a shock to realize we were responsible for emptying our own garbage.

Spruce bugs in my room. Staff said oh. That was it.

Everything was really good from checkin, hot tub and pool use, clean room. And check out was super easy. I’ve stayed here a few times before and will almost always choose Glenwood Inn and Suites 😊
