Me encanto el personal es muy amable pero el hotel huele mal, la moqueta en la habitación está manchada, necesita un cambio o renovación. La comida esta bien.

Ok standard, men slitt å gammelt. Imorrest var sengen full av hvite maur som gjorde det mindre koselig. Også i vesken å på skjørt.

Meget stort RIU hotel og dermed rigtig mange gæster - føltes som en stor fabrik

Not what we expected from an all inclusive. Old structure and deteriorating. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good food, not great variety. No private parking so the area is always full of beach goers.

The location is unbeatable – right by the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the natural dunes. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options at every meal. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy long beach walks, or explore the island, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Canary Islands!

Déçu de la nourriture : chaque jour les mêmes plats basiques et insipides sauf une nouveauté du même acabit pour "faire bien" ...Je n'ai jamais vu cela en 50 ans de fréquentation de clubs de ce niveau !!! J'avais choisi RIU pour éviter ce problème ...je regrette mon choix

Hôtel un peu ancien, quelques vétustés, mais pour le lieux, la situation, les services, le personnel.... Nous avions beaucoup aimé. Un vrai All inclusif dans aucun surplus.

An excellent place to stay with the family. We had a car rented which aided access to areas outside the immediate area surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself served a good baseline of food for a family of four with different tastes. The pools and access to the beach are great. The most minor of things could have improved the hotel; water in rooms and better coffee at breakfast (the coffee in snap bars for the rest of the day is excellent). As I said, minor improvements. Would stay here again.

Emplacement paradisiaque malgré un hotel un peu daté mais très propre et fonctionnel.

I can't fault this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The hot food was cooked fresh in front of you, and there was a wide range of options. If you needed it there is a Hyperdino supmarket a short walk away, but to be honest everything you need is on site, all day.

Se cercate una soluzione spartana, ok. Altrimenti non fa per voi. Nessun transfert da e per l’aeroporto se non il taxi cavandotela con 50/55€ a tratta. Servizio “ALL INCLUSIVE”: il lettino in spiaggia, te lo devi pagare (9€ in 2). Il telo mare te lo danno soltanto la mattina fino alle 12. Il chè vuol dire che se ti alzi tardi o è brutto tempo e il sole esce nel pomeriggio, non hai il telo disponibile. Escursioni: ne abbiamo prenotata soltanto 1 perchè i prezzi partono dalle 70€ all 400€ (assurdo, mai speso cosi tanto x fare escursioni e, premetto, ho la fortuna di viaggiare spesso). Escursione che alla fine è stata annullata per brutto tempo: qualsiasi app meteo dava sole, la giornata dell escursione era super soleggiata e calda. Quindi: annullata, perche?! Cibo: scarsissimo. Varietá di piatti, quasi sempre gli stessi tutti i giorni ma poche cose erano realmente mangiabili. Pulizia dei piatti/posate/bicchieri, pessimo. Sporchi. Camere pulite ma molto vecchie, piu che dalle foto che propone il sito. Abbiamo poi scoperto che il resort è abusivo e quindi si spiega il perchè non vengano fatte delle manutenzioni doverose. Nel complesso, la posizione è meravigliosa. Nel parco naturale delle dune. Favoloso.

Hotelli upealla sijainnilla rannalla! Mahtava paikka lapsille. Hotelli oli siisti mutta vanha. Ruoka melko simppeliä mutta monipuolinen valikoima. Kuntosali oli todella huono. Neljä hyvää rantalentopallokenttää ja paljon pelaajia. Paljon aktiviteetteja.

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants, nous avons apprécié l’hôtel qui offre plusieurs restaurants, sa situation sur une très belle plage, beaucoup de monde à la piscine, difficile d’avoir des transats, mais dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est propre et plutôt simple. Le buffet n’est pas très varié, mais bon. Il mériterait quelques petites rénovations, mais ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix.

We had an amazing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, they accommodated our room requests and gave us a bottle of fizz in the room for my partner's birthday. Great variety of foods and restaurants and beautiful location. The place could do with an update but it is adequate for a 3*.
