Very friendly reception team. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a family room for 5 people which offered more than enough space including a kitchenette. We also really appreciated the parking facilities in the courtyard. The only drawback was the charging option for charging the electric car. With a charging speed of 1.1 KWh, this is not up to date and completely inadequate for charging a fully electric car. Luckily, there were public stores nearby which we used. I can still highly recommend the accommodation!

La chambre et l’hôtel sont très propres et très bien entretenus Le seul petit point est la literie du canapé lit qui n’est pas très épaisses donc on sent les ressorts

Clean room, extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Well equipped kitchen.

Location is super close to the bus station. No breakfast avaliable but room have kitchenet so bring some food to cook or heat up.

Amazin city, the hotel is very well located. The staff is super friendly!

Great room with a kitchen. The location is convenient, but not in a pretty area,nor is there any retail immediately nearby ( restaurants or shopping).

What a lovely place to stay! We were greeted with such kindness. Since there was a little kitchen, we frequented a local grocery and cooked our own food. Lovely!

Even though there was no information on breakfast service, the reception arranged delivery service of simple breakfast from a nearby cafeterias for the first day of new year. The parking lot equipped with electric car charging facility and it was useful to use my hybrid car to turn around the city center. Free coffee service at the lobby was excellent together with diligent receptionists.

Very happy with the accommodation and its very conveniently situated. The staff in reception were one of the most friendly,professionals, helpful i have ever met. Gabriele was amazing with his advice, professionalism and charm. The same can be said for the lovely young man on the evening shift,whose name escapes me,sorry. Overall ,my husband and i would recommend Star Residence and we would definitely stay there again.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Sehr glücklich über den Parkplatz im Innenhof. Durften sogar früher als abgemacht einchecken. Gerne wieder:)

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel est agréable et très à l'écoute. Il a su nous proposer des visites et des restaurants. L'hôtel est bien situé dans un endroit calme et à proximité des différentes commodités. Nous y retournons volontiers.

Soggiorno perfetto. Struttura accogliente abbastanza vicino al centro ed a trasporti.

Alles war sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und immer mit einem lächeln. Es hat im innen Hof Parkplätze und auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos.

Great hotel and helpful staff but a few issues…shower had a distinct odor and laundry facilities were lacking.
