Besides offering a good balcony view of the sea, we couldn't find anymore positive aspects of the accomodation. The bed wasn't comfortable. The bathroom is a big let down. It was very cramp in space. The water just sipped out to the floor when showering. Making the floor wet & slippery. The washing basin sat on a low wooden table. With the powerful water pressure, water just splashed out everywhere. The bathroom door is hitting the toilet bowl each time it is opened. The space taken up by the bath tub next to the bed could have given better space to the bathroom? Breakfasts were decent though.

Fantastic stay, the front desk staff and the staff at breakfast was helpful. Offer a lots of help and friendly. Truely enjoying my stay.

Our stay at Panorama Boutique Hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed every part of the experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the view was absolutely paradise-like. Even though we stayed only three nights, it was unforgettable. We would definitely come back and stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

This hotel is such a unique experience. We stayed in the junior honeymoon suite with an outdoor hottub and wow the view is breathtaking. We honestly probably didn’t explore Santorini as much as we should have because we couldn’t leave the view. The room is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and couch overlooking the water. There’s a decent sized mini fridge and mini bar options available. We visited the second week of April, so unfortunately the central air was still working as heat. Luckily they were able to bring us a fan and with the windows open and cool temps at night it worked pretty well. But definitely keep that in mind. The breakfast up at the V lounge was phenomenal! Not only was the view once again perfect, but the service was great and the cooked to order food was perfect. The staff at the hotel was really helpful and accommodating to help book or lookup anything you needed. My only slight negative is the bathroom. There’s a big jacuzzi tub with a rain shower and it is quite difficult to get in and out of. I would hate for someone with less mobility to struggle getting in and out of the shower. The sink area is very small and just not super practical. But again with a view like that no ones spending too much time inside.

This property was ideally located in the heart of Fira with Caldera views. The view from all the rooms are amazing. We stayed in room 402 which was very nice with a balcony. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning is central so bring a fan, staff is over the tops in service, location is central, you get a shuttle so bonus to and from the airport, get to Your flight early, amazing Rooms!

Minimal interaction with the front desk staff, but they were very friendly. Servers during breakfast were great and the food was excellent and plentiful. Room was comfortable and clean. What we paid for was the view and it did not disappoint.The veiw was actually better than expected. Great location to main Fira bus terminal.

**Hotel Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering spectacular views that made my stay even more enjoyable. The fully loaded mini-fridge was a nice touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gift of wine waiting for me upon arrival. The hotel is perfectly centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Highly recommended.

The hotel is ideally located in Fira. Well maintained - friendly, helpful and informative staff. The pool and room views were awesome … they are completely plugged into best restaurants and transportation. I highly recommend

Beautiful room had everything we needed and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Great location close to bars and restaurants. Not much to fault apart from the fact we thought it was adults only, however there were kids at the pool so didn’t find it very relaxing to sit there. Part of the reason we booked here was because it was adults only. So a bit confused about that being advertised.

Staff and the hotel are perfect. Will return one day.
