Perfect location for staying in Xi’an. Professional staffs and facilities. Wonderful food served for breakfast. 10/10

식사는 신선하고 청결관리하는것같음. 음식 순환이 느림. 식탁의 접시수거도 거의 안하는 느낌. 테이블에 포크나 스푼이 없는건 기본이고 음식의 종류가 한정적이면서 거의 현지인 위주같은 느낌. 리셉션 체크인시 발음을 알아듣기 힘들었고 방배정은 2층의 아주 끝자리에 미로같은 구조에서 엘리베이터 타고 오르내릴때 참 짜증이남. 2층방에서 창문너머로 바로 앞에서 사람들이 지나다니고 왔다갔다 하는 모습을 보며 이런 구조의 호텔은 처음이어서 참... 체크인전 선결제가 된것을 몰라서 메시지를 여러번 보내고 전화를 시도했지만 안받거나 답이 없어서 그냥 체크인전부터 기대하지 않았음. 다만. 바로 앞에 파고다가 보이고 야경이 볼만하고 공원 등 위치적으로는 좋았지만 밤에 시끄러운 단점이 있음. 침대 침구는 마음에 듦. 티비는 옆에 배치되어 티비암으로 움직여서 봐야함.

Excellent staff and location

Central location with a large shopping mall (Joy City) and Giant Wild goose and Tang City right adjacent.

Rooms were clean and roomy, staff were friendly. Great location.

Property is run down. AC not working, everything is just old, pool and gym area not in great shape. No information is available in English and general level of English for a 5* Hotel is terrible. Laundry service does not tell you how much it costs and ends up with prices higher than laundry services in 5* Hotels in Europe (~10€ for a shirt!!!)

Great hotel in central Xi’An next to the Giant Pagoda. Wonderful staff and service. Was not impressed with their restaurants for dinner.

Really lovely place in all aspects. The only consideration is that DiDi drivers seem to miss it. If you say "Westin Hotel Lobby" right across from the Great Goose Pagoda you've got it! Gorgeous room, very friendly helpful staff.

Great and attentive service. Wonderful location - just outside the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City and Joy City Mall. Room amenities was well appointed, furnishing could be refreshed though well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a descent amount of options.

The hotel is at the best location. Breakfast is decent. However, Room is small and outdated with moldy smell, which does not meet the standard of The Westin.

I initially booked a two-night stay at The Westin Xian but ended up leaving early and I’m glad I did. While the hotel has potential, it feels dated and poorly maintained. We reserved a large one-bedroom suite but were given a lower-floor room that required a long walk to reach. Since we were traveling with my elderly father-in-law, we requested a wheelchair, expecting a hotel of this caliber to have a good one. Unfortunately, the wheelchair was broken. Although they replaced it, the second one wasn’t much better. In contrast, the smaller room on a higher floor had a much better view and a more pleasant atmosphere. The hotel’s layout is inconvenient, with long walking distances and a lack of strategically placed elevators a major issue for guests with mobility concerns. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, but overall, the hotel needs significant updates to meet the expectations of a luxury stay. It’s not a terrible hotel, but for the price and brand, I expected much better maintenance and service.

Good location. Walking distance to nearest mrt station. Everbright city just besides. Big shopping mall just opposite the road. Good friendly n approachable staff namely Hank Gao, Sissie Zhang, Kanari Ding n Marina.
