Totally different and unbelievable from the pictures and real see, no parking, conjugated room, no cleaning room were smelling. I suggest everyone please find another option cheaper than this hotel. I been there and cancelled on the spot but still my money was stuck no refund they Please find another option, you can find cheeper hotel than this house

Clean and fresh rooms, great location; 5 mins to the beach in one direction, and 10 mins to the harbour, bars and restaurants in the other. Parking is on the street, so not always able to park right be the hotel, although there are a couple of public car parks less than 5minutes away!

Nice and friendly service The view is exceptional The beach is just 15 min. walk away. You get everything for tree star hotel.

Lovely little hotel. Very friendly and helpful owner. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and a good warm shower. We were also lucky to have the most amazing view. The hotel is in a short walking distance to the beach and the city centre, but in a quiet area. You get the best of everything. Ww will definitely be coming back next year.

Initial reaction not good. On meeting owner and being shown our room,pleasantly surprised. Clean excellent view good value. Owner very helpful breakfast very good, would recommend,do not be put of by surrounding buildings

Lovely Hotel and close to the beaches and the main shopping area

After an awful night nearby at a terrible budget place I was worried this place might be the same. I was instantly relieved as we were greeted by our lovely host who made us welcome. He soon showed us to our room which had a amazing bay window with a view over the golf course and the sea behind (beautiful sunsets and sunrises). The bathroom was nice and spacious, the only downside was the power from the shower and it not getting 'really' hot (but I think this may be an eco thing). The room overlooked the patio downstairs but was not too loud when we stayed and weren't disturbed at all. There was a small bar with the essentials stocked which was very reasonable (£2 for a Doom Bar). It's a short walk to Fistral Beach and a short walk into the town but far enough out that you're mostly away from the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Brilliant views, a warm welcome from Andrew, clean and comfy room. Fantastic location - easy walk to Fistral and town. Perfect. Will definitely be back asap.

Have visited twice now, very local to where we wanted to be, everywhere was in walking distance. Hotel is very basic and could badly do with being updated/redecorated but would still stay again. Good for a budget hotel

Für ein Kurztrip super geeignet, wenn man kein Luxusappartment erwartet. Funktionell völlig ok und der Betreiber sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt, man gelangt zu Fuß überall gut hin. Sensationell ist die Aussicht auf den Atlantik und die Ruhe der Umgebung! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen! Es ist für englische Verhältnisse sauber und funktionell. Empfehlenswert! Für Familien mit Kindern eher ungeeignet.

the 1 member of staff/manager and also cook etc was a pleasant enough chap, I just found he had kind of given up on the place the decor was old, wallpaper falling off and generally felt grubby and run down, the beds were extremely uncomfortable with bed springs cutting into you, the bathroom was small and quite dirty. The hotel is adults only when it could cater for families,

We were at Newquay for the surf and the location of Longbeach is perfect for that. There is a little pathway from the hotel that takes you right down to the beach. The owner was very friendly and cooked us a great breakfast in the morning. Thank you very much.

Our room was warm and comfortable. Ideal for our friends weekend away and good value for money and very peaceful. Lovely sea views. We did not make use of the small bar and breakfast offer but I think it would be worth trying.
