Super propre et employés formidables

There was black mold around the shower pan. There was no place in the shower to place toiletries. No place to put soap or shampoo. One chair was loose and anyone sitting on it is at risk of falling. When enjoining a snack at the chairs by the dock, restaurant staff was rude and implied we shouldn’t be there because we were not ordering from the restaurant even though guests are allowed to use that space. When complained to the front desk they were not willing to help or offer any discount. I had to take it up with Expedia for help. Do not recommend. Resort price tag does not match value.

Spacious clean room with beautiful view of the lake off the balcony and from inside the room, the staff were extremely courteous and nice. Spoke English well in the property amenities or excellent. Expedia showed the hot tub like it was a private one on the balcony that's not true. There are two private hot tubs for each building on the upper roof area.

The place is amazing and relaxing. The food is excellent and the lake view is gorgeous. This place is a must go.

Personnel attentionné. Ambiance agréable. Repas gastronomiques. Vue incroyable sur le lac de la chambre ou encore de la terrasse du restaurant. Une des plus belles nuits que j’ai passé à l’hôtel de ma vie!

Everything was wonderful

The most wonderful and relaxing two days I’ve spent in recent years. Perfect getaway with amazing food and the best service!

Lake View-Food-staff excellent. Bed and pillows so so We were on ground floor, we had to deal with some bugs in the room.

Nice place but to expensive

Très mauvais service pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Deux semaines avant mon séjour, on m’appelle pour me demander de changer de type de chambre parce qu’ils avaient fait de l’overbooking. J’accepte malgré ma déception, mais je précise clairement que je veux deux chambres fermées, un lit pour enfant et que le divan-lit soit préparé avant notre arrivée. Le jour de notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête avant l’heure prévue. J’accommode la situation, mais l’hôtel ne fait aucun effort pour nous accommoder en retour. En entrant dans la chambre, je constate qu’ils ont installé un parc pour bébé (Pack and Play) au lieu d’un lit pour enfant, et que le divan-lit n’a même pas été ouvert. J’essaie de joindre la réception : personne ne répond. Finalement, quelqu’un décroche, me met en attente… puis raccroche. Je rappelle à plusieurs reprises pendant des heures, sans aucune réponse. Nous n’avons donc pas eu d’autre choix que de coucher notre fils de presque 4 ans dans le parc pour bébé. Il s’est réveillé en pleine nuit parce qu’il était beaucoup trop petit pour lui et a dû terminer la nuit dans notre chambre. Entre l’overbooking, le manque d’organisation, l’absence de suivi et un service à la clientèle inexistant, cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante.

The outdoor hot tub with the view of the frozen lake (in March) was very unique and we enjoyed it thoroughly! Next to it, the sauna was also very convenient. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ripplecove! We were there with our two kids, and it was the perfect mix of relaxing and family-friendly. The property is beautiful, the lake views are stunning, and there was lots for the kids to do. The staff were welcoming, and everything was clean and well taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and already can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Professional, well run, excellent restaurant

Le site est magnifique, sur une presqu’île dans une baie du lac Massawipi. Le personnel (réception, concierge, restaurants et bars) est très attentionné et efficace.

Clean, large room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Prefer full shower enclosure versus half glass wall. Like scent of toiletries provided. Love pool, hot tub, water crafts, bikes, sitting areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views.
