Great location, some minor updating but overall a great experience

Großes Resort in schöner Umgebung und nettem Personal, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Zimmer, hier insbesondere Bad und Klimaanlage, bräuchten mal eine kleine Renovierung/Austausch.

It was a Paradise

All the resort staff we met were friendly, keen to help and knowledgeable. The resort Rangers were exceptional, we attended 5 guided walks and talks about K'gari's plants and animals and geology. Each Ranger was extremely knowledgeable about their subject matter, and communicated in a clear and engaging style with a wide range of people who attended the activities However, the general condition of the resort was less than expected, and bordered on being "tired". Money needs to be spent of improving the resort centre and the rooms in our opinion The on-site food outlets were expensive for the quality offered, while the "village" shop price gauged by 30%+ compared to shops on the mainland

Kingfisher Resort offered most things, we were disappointed that one of the pools was closed. One of the restaurants (Sand Bar and Bistro) was also closed. This left limited options for meal times. Staff were turning people away from the main Sand and Wood restaurant and advising people to go to Dune instead. This was despite only four tables being occupied! Not good when you have only just arrived.

Bad customers service , bar , reception not relialible not profesional don’t know how fix problems or make clients happy

Fantastiskt resort på en underbar ö.

Very comfortable and spacious family villa, requested air conditioning and loved how cool.the summer nights were with this feature. The customer service on check in was extremely good, the power had gone out but it was still easy and the lady serving was very friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was there were ants in our villa and we didn't realise so they managed to get into my sons birthday cake, when I asked a staff member at reception if there were any options to try and replace it with something, even just a muffin or anything? and still sing happy birthday she just said no, she didn't even ask the kitchen or anything.

Stay was very good. It’s like a big centerparcs. Prices are a bit high but beaches are never ending

Really nice place to stay when visiting K´Gari. The room was nice but smelled a little bit of mould. Big bathroom with a big nice window. The restaurant closest to the pool was disturbed from kids playing and shouting. When we asked for another table the staff couldn't help us. The full day excursion was on the other hand awesome!

The 2 bedroom spa villa was well equipped with plenty of space for the family. Comfy beds and very clean.

Had a beautiful holiday and we would do it again in a heartbeat...❣️❣️💔

It was a nice getaway from the city and on days when you didn’t want to adventure the facilities at the resort were good.

Great place to stay staff were fantastic

Resort suffers a little from age. Single flush toilets and foot lighting which comes on well before sunset are examples. Could do with an independent eco audit!

Nice and quiet

Limited options on the island to move around the island and see it. Only beauty spots tour which is expensive.
