Great option when in Lugano. Rooms are a bit small as usual for Ibis, but they are so well designed you don't really mind.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ibis Paradiso. The location was very good, the price was super affordable, the staff was wonderful, everything was perfect, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, cleanliness was 10/10. They have a very nice lobby/common area where you can sip as much extremely delicious coffee as you want for free. The hotel's restaurant was also incredible, we ate there the first evening; the food and the staff were also 10/10. There was only a bit of noise in the mornings from the cleaning staff and some low IQ guests laughing very loudly in the corridor at 1 AM, but overall, I can easily place our stay at Ibis Paradiso straight in the A tier. This was extremely close to perfection to be honest. We recommend 100%.

We loved staying here. Staff was very friendly. The room was great and had ac. The bathroom was quite spacious and parking was super easy to get in and out.

Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung und zweckmässig. Das Bad hat etwas an einen „Container“ erinnert. Für eine Nacht ok.

The property itself was great. As a budget brand, everything was basic, but functional. Importantly, the A/C worked very well and the shower was great. Breakfast was subpar and probably not worth it. But, my biggest complaint is that I was twice locked out of my room! On the third night of my stay, I was locked out and told "there is a problem in the system and you owe us more money". I asked that we sort out the issue later and that I be allowed back into my room as I had just come back from exercising and it was a hot day. The gentlemen at reception, Andrea (sp?) refused to fix my key card until I paid an additional 9CHF for who knows what. After much discussion, I finally just agreed to pay the money because I was hot and tired and needed a shower. This is NO WAY to treat a guest booked for 9 nights on a cash stay. Utterly ridiculous and very disappointing.

Hotel Ibis, buona qualità, buon prezzo. Tutto da manuale. La stessa struttura comprende 3 hotel ( 2 a marchio Ibis e Novotel). Parcheggio coperto unico per i 3 hotel.

Séjour avec ma fille dans l'hôtel Ibis. L'hôtel était propre, personnel sympathique. Le problème est qu'il y a de la moquette dans les corridors et surtout dans les chambres. Nous avons des allergies et sur le cite, il n'est pas mentionner chambre avec moquette. Dommage pour la salle de bain qui était très étouffante vue que s'est une cabine de salle de bain. Je trouve cela très désagréable et décevant. Cela cause beaucoup de bruit quand on prends une douche.

Everything seemed new. The room was well designed, a very comfortable bed and pillows, an extensive breakfast bar with so many goodies. The finishes and common areas are excellent, the staff extremely friendly. And what a value in Lugano.
