Nice clean establishment, toured the town ,great downtown area with restaurants and coffee shops. May stay there again on our return. Good breakfast...one issue, "too many flies", Need to make arrangements to put out fly traps !!!

This hotel provides great service and it conveniently located. The Tesla chargers are what made us choose this hotel.

The breakfast is just all sweets, powdered eggs, and undercooked sausage. I can’t eat it.

Great place to stay

Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

The gentleman that was managing thursday night was very kind, full of energy, and didnt matter how late we checked in (12am).. the breakfast was good enough instead of going next door to a known restaurant.. overall great stay and clean!

Staff..was excellent

This was my second stay in a week for traveling purposes. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The pool was disgusting and dirty. The hot tub was unusable. The facility smelled and looked clean, but the whole pool area was awful! The are where the hotel was located was not good. Parking limited. They need to serve breakfast on Saturdays at the same time as during the week, as we had to be at our designated place by 7:00, so we missed it and that was why we chose Holiday Inn Express.

Always a great breakfast

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for our purpose of passing through on a long drive overall everything was very clean. The only exception was the showerhead appearing to be very dirty and a lot of buildup.

Friendly staff and parking was great! We were towing trailers and were able to get in and out without issue.

Fire alarms went off twice between midnight and 5:15am. We were told by staff that there was an issue with an alarm/sensor in the pool area and it was tripping all of the alarms. As guests gathered in the hallway after the second alarm, guests who stayed the previous night said it was an issue then also and the staff acknowledged the issue. This should have been an immediate fix for the safety of the hotel workers and guests. Hard to enjoy your stay when you and your toddler as now up at 5am.

When we first checked in, our room had not been cleaned. We notified front desk and were placed in a different room.

Convenient

Having parking spaces facing each others allowed my truck and U-Haul trailer parked perfect.

Charged me double. Having trouble getting my money back!!!!!
