Excellent location! Kind staff, and rooms were clean. The water pressure, however, wasn’t great.

We moved from the family suite to the triple room suite . But it was such an odd shaped room. The sofa was converted into a bed and as a result there wasn’t much space for my child to move in. The toilet are was such a squeeze. When sat in the toilet to shut the slide door was near impossible, with it banging into your knees. Very poorly thought out lay out for the toilet area . Also as the bathroom did not have a door it lacked complete privacy making it very difficult .

Outside and reception looking a little shabby and rooms are very shabby but clean. We forgot a few essentials such as toothbrush/paste and asked reception to provide and although they did eventually provide them it was after asking a number of times . This was the case whenever we asked for teabags/coffe/sugar to be replaced as this wasn’t fine when the rooms were cleaned. The staff were always smiling and cheerful. The breakfast was good with reasonable selection of foods.

Our rooms were very good, with dodgy elevators and bath towel racks as the only areas needing improvement. The experience, however, was very stressful largely due to the travel desk managed by Salma. A transfer from Fez to Chefchouen at checkout for 3 was arranged at our request and confirmed a few days in advance via email. In reality, it had been booked as a Chefchouen excursion for 5 with no details shared. When one of our group got sick the night before, hotel reception could not contact travel company to request a 60 - 90 minute delay so that the sick traveler was fit to travel. Travel company, under the impression that it was a guided tour to Chefchouen returning to Fez the same day, was ready to call it a no show after driver waited 30 minutes. It all worked out in the end, thanks to the driver. Barcelo Fes Medina needs more reliable, competent, and communicative people to avoid such a stressful experience which probably cost a lot more.

Not four stars hotel. They need to review the quality of the operation, communication, and food quality.

Très bonne hôtel calme accès facile

MENU COLAZIONE OTTIMO. MENU BUFFET OTTIMO. PERSONALE DISPONIBILE GENTILE E PREPARATO

La localisation de l'hôtel était très pratique. Le personnel de l'hôtel était plaisant et facile à interagir malgré quelques difficultés de langue. Le gym est bien entretenu et assez complet avec ses équipements. La chambre est de bonne grandeur. Le lit était très confortable et les oreillers assez nombreux mais surtout de bonne dimension et dureté. La salle de bain comportait certains problèmes. Le miroir "grossissant" ne tenait pas donc n'était pas serviable. La salle de toilette sentait l'urine constamment, sans doute un problème de plomberie. Les petits déjeuneurs était copieux et de bonne qualité. Le personnel était toujours bien souriant malgré le travail et l'achaldage. Le chef du restaurant était très présent pour assurer le bon fonctionnement. Il était aussi très accueillant. La chef à la station pour les œufs & omelettes était toujours souriante et nous a donné de bonnes omelettes et œufs. Bravo! Finalement, le personnel du parking nous a aidé à chaque jour. Ils nous reconnaissait à notre arrivé et était bien attentionné. Merci!

Overall pleased with the hotel. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The view from our room was really good. The location is perfect, close to the train station and a shopping mall literally across the road. The old Medina is only a 10-20 Dirham ride away in a small taxi. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and so attentive. Very good choice of different breakfast items. Amazing hospitality and genuine kindness showed by all staff members. The front desk staff of the hotel need to take some notes from the restaurant staff. Generally need to be more responsive and helpful to guests. Water bottles should be kept at reception and given to guests on request. Small gestures go a long way!

La chambre réservée était plus disponible donc j ai eu le droit à 2 chambres plutôt qu une pour ma famille ce qui n est pas très pratique

Hôtel bien placé. Personnel réception et restaurant très accueillant . Chambre moyenne qui mérite une rénovation. Déçue par le room service , j'avais réservé un petit déjeuner avant mon départ pour l'aéroport qui a été livré avec 40 minutes de retard suite à mes relances . Qualité médiocre du plateau apporté.

직원들이 모두 친절했습니다. 청결하고, 위치도 너무 좋았습니다. 에어컨을 틀었는데 히터가 나온건 조금 별로 였습니다.
