Très bel hôtel thématisé far west mais vieillissant La salle de bain est avec une baignoire sans aucun antidérapant j’ai failli tomber j’aurais pu me faire très mal … les réservoirs à savon ne fonctionnaient pas … la chambre n’était pas nette niveau propreté et nous avons couper la Clim car nous étions gelé Par contre l’emplacement de la chambre était top Petit dej bon et demi-pension du soir très bon pour un parc mais par contre la salle de restaurant est tellement bruyante ! Aucun plaisir à passer un moment en famille … aussi aucune fontaine à eau fraîche dans le parc pour remplir les gourdes, obligés d’acheter des 10zaines de bouteilles en plastiques … pour finir le parc n’est vraiment pas propre, l’incivilité des gens je trouve ça scandaleux…c’est la première fois que je suis déçue du parc et pourtant ça fait 30 ans que je viens …

l'hébergement est pittoresque dans le style FarWest, l'environnement est sympa avec les décors western par contre, il y a un réel manque d'indications pour trouver les chambres, elles sont réparties dans plusieurs bâtiments, quelques uns seulement sont numérotés. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct

Todo muy bien excepto los puntos que no quieren poner en el restaurante iron horse. Si hay un problema dicen que se encarga el hotel y en el hotel te dicen que en el restaurante.

Aucune insonorisation de la chambre. C’est comme si les voisins étaient dans la nôtre. Tout le reste est très bien. Dîner buffet top, emplacement idéal, environnement super agréable.

Really enjoyed the overall visit, facilities were great, buffet was well organised! Unfortunately I did have someone next to me who had a child making a lot of noise so it did mean not much sleep, but would happily return! Staff were very friendly also!

Serviço maravilhoso, cafe da manha super completo, entrada para os parques simplificando muito a viagem. Se tiver duvidas entre se hospedar em Barcelona ou no Gold River para ir ao parque, pode apostar que aqui é seu lugar

El mejor con acceso directo al parque

Wir waren zu zweit von Samstag auf Montag dort. Jedes Zimmer besitzt wohl eine Zwischentür, die man normalerweise öffnen kann, wenn man als Familie dorthin reist. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und durch die Verbindungstür, die für uns und die Nachbarn natürlich verschlossen war, hat man jedes noch so kleine Geräusch gehört. Unsere Nachbarn hatten zwei Kinder, die sehr laut waren (Lautes Spielzeug, geschrei) In einem normalem Zimmer mit dickeren Wänden und ohne Tür, hätten wir sie wahrscheinlich garnicht gehört oder eben nicht so laut. Die Türen der Nachbarn haben gequietscht ohne Ende, sodass wir am morgen und am frühen Abend eigentlich garkeine Ruhe hatten. Daraufhin haben wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert und gefragt, ob noch ein anderes Zimmer verfügbar wäre. Laut der Mitarbeiterin wären sie voll ausgebucht. Komischerweise konnte ich noch Zimmer über die Website buchen. Wir wurden also in diesem Punkt noch belogen. Desweiteren sollten wir bei Störungen eine Nummer über das Telefon anrufen, dann hätten sie Security vorbei geschickt. Was in meinen Augen allerdings nicht wirklich Sinn gemacht hätte, da das ruhig sein mit Kindern manchmal einfach nicht möglich ist. Beim Frühstück mussten wir um 09:30 Uhr für 15 Minuten anstehen. Das Frühstück war aber sehr lecker. Alles in allem für uns das schlechteste Hotel, welches zu einem Freizeitpark gehört, das wir je besucht haben.

El complejo de Port Aventura con los parques y sus hoteles es espectacular, aunque algunas zonas se están quedando un poco viejas y habría que ir renovándolas. Las atracciones son espectaculares y el personal de los hoteles muy amables y serviciales

Dommage pour ce grand week-end avec une grève, certes annoncée, mais un lit pas fait et des couverts en carton, des délais d’attente très longs aux manèges. Pas possible de décaler le we aux derniers moments…une remise sur la journée du 19/10 serait la bienvenue.

Accommodation is ok and delivers to promise with kind employees, but service is always a bit too slow to what one would expect with long queues for breakfast and dinner. In general, a good value for money, but don’t expect any luxury.

Room was nice, the hotel itself is themed amazingly. The main buffet was a bit of a scrum with huge lines but ultimately staff worked with urgency and got people through. Very much organised chaos. Reception were excellent, they had our room ready when we arrived at 9am and offered us a late checkout too. Proximity to the park is also a huge plus. For a four star hotel I would have expected more in room amenities, like a working extractor fan, amenity kits in the bathroom, a second pillow, but overall as a place to crash after a long day in the park it worked quite well.

Perfect for our stay!

I booked this hotel mainly because park entrances were included, but to my surprise, only one of the two parks advertised (Ferrari Land) was open. Even the open park had maybe 15% of the attractions running. I understand it might be seasonal, but this should have been clearly disclosed at the time of booking, not something to find out after arriving.
