Our room had a beautiful window with outdoor access. Room was very comfortable including the bathroom perks. The hotel provided us with a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon.

My penthouse room with ocean view was amazing and worth every penny! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The food at the bar/restaurant was excellent! The location was ideal . I cannot say enough about how amazing the Hotel Londres y Inglaterra was….

Incredible in all regards.

Excellent location! We had a wonderful stay recently and really enjoyed our water view room. Modern updated bathroom, and giant bed made it super comfortable, and the epic breakfast buffet fueled us for daily adventures. Parking is actually right next door, very convenient - overall a splendid place to call home for a vacation.

Room was spacious and a great location that is close to old town and the beach.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Right on the beach, yet only a short walk from the old town. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff was wonderful! The drinks in the bar were fantastic! We will absolutely stay there again and will recommend it to anyone we know who is going to San Sebastian!

Overall, this is a fantastic property. Location can’t be beat and in general the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be in regard to having an à la carte breakfast. The staff did not seem to be happy that we were not using the buffet and were therefore very slow to help us. Conversely, when we had the buffet, it was fantastic and of course did not require much staff interaction. Bar service was excellent and our room was immaculate. Do be a little careful going down the stairs across from the hotel towards the beach. There is an area where a handful of homeless congregate, and they are somewhat aggressive when asking for money. Overall a great stay

Localização excelente . Atendimento impecável , desde o checkin até o serviço de café da manhã ,enfim todos os funcionários simpáticos e eficientes. Especial atenção à concierge ( Leire) , que foi ímpar em todas as sugestões , reservas e dicas. Conforto de ter o estacionamento perto . Ficamos no quarto frente para o mar. Vista inesquecível . Super confortável e iluminado. Recomendo !!!!!
