Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Nous avions un appartement. Il est très confortable et propre. L’air climatisé fonctionne bien. Les déjeuner étaient excellent. Je le recommande à 100%.

Super accueil et très bon séjour à Biarritz

Der Empfang ist super einladen ausgelegt, die Zimmer dahingegen sehr sehr günstig und etwas schäbig eingerichtet. Hohe Abnutzungsspuren an allen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Das Geld nicht wert.

Bel Hôtel ,très calme, chambre tout juste rénovée ,très belle, très confortable, sympathie de l'équipe,bon petit déjeuner 10 minutes à pieds de l'océan et du centre-ville. Seul hic:Stationnement pas facile.

Un accueil très agréable. Un hôtel très charmant et bien situé.

Excellent, parfait cette hôtel est devenu mon hebergement quand je reviendrai sur Biarrizt.

Proche du centre ville

I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast is also worth getting. Many thanks!

Apartment had no views/balcony or even the ability to have the window wide open (ground floor), entirely negating the benefit of having its own kitchen, because the darkness of it made you want to go out and eat every meal. The main double bed was lovely but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not much better than simply sleeping on the floor. The following night we booked ab Airbnb property that was similar in every way but only a third of the price. In fact it was considerably better because it had a balcony with chairs and tables on.

I had a very lovely stay here on a solo trip. Room was spacious and clean with a terrace. Everything is in walking distance from it and it is close to a stunning costal view.

L’équipe à la réception est exceptionnelle. Le placement de l’hôtel à proximité de la plage est parfait pour ceux qui envisage de prendre avantage des vagues tôt le matin ou tard le soir pour le surf. Fortement recommandé!

Very welcoming reception, nice location, and comfortable accommodation. Booked two nights but my plans changed and I checked out after one night. Still everything was good. Recommend it.

We had a great stay. I was able to call up a ahead to ask about parking and they reserved a space for me in the private car park. The staff was very nice, advised on what we should do with our day in Biarritz, and allowed us to check in an hour early as our room was ready. The room was very comfortable and the aircon worked well. We will definitely comme back.

Excellent séjour au calme, personnel très accueillant et disponible. Chambre spacieuse, claire et très propre avec un très bon lit et un petit balcon privatif, une salle de bain spacieuse, dotée également de lumières relaxantes. C’est du top !!
