Das Zimmer war nicht besonders schön. Im Badezimmer vor allem in der Dusche überall Schimmel in den Fugen, teilweise auch an der Decke. Das Frühstück war ok, es gab viel Pizza, Kuchen und Salate, schmeckte alles wie vom Vortag. Um unsere Fahrräder im Innenhof abstellen zu dürfen mussten wir 5€ pro Tag bezahlen, und es war nicht mal überdacht. Das einzig schöne an dem Hotel ist die Zentrale Lage in Colico.

Staff is very helpful. Room and bathroom is in good size. Everything works well. Nice and clean room.

Very friendly and attentive staff but that's about it. The mattress on our bed felt like it was just springs. We asked to move rooms for a better bed but were told all the beds are the same. The room itself was very tired looking and in need of updating and had an odd smell. The bathroom was clean but the shower frequently ran out of hot water and failed to drain fast enough so had to frequently turn off to stop from overflowing. The breakfast was basic but not amazing quality with a bad tasting vat of instant coffee on hand. Cappuccinos could be made on request which was a saving grace. The location of the hotel was perfect it's just a shame it's been left to deteriorate, it could be great with some updates.

Olga went above and beyond to help us out from our late check-in to recommendations around the lake and also made me the best espresso I’ve ever had in Italy. I was very pleased with the courtesy and customer service. Yes I do recommend this hotel. It’s very very economical. And the location is great thank you Olga and staff.

Es gab kleine Auswahl für diesen Preis. Brötchen und Kaffee waren nur lauwarm.

Breakfasts is delicious, room was very tidy and staff were attentive and courteous! We had a great stay! Town is very pretty.

Hotel semplice ma curato, staff cordiale e molto efficiente. Ceck-in veloce. Colazione inclusa ottima. Possibilità mezza pensione presso il ristorante interno con scelta e di ottima qualità, con pure la possibilità del menù alla carta con prezzi onesti.Stanze pulite, possibilità di parcheggio pubblico gratuito a pochi passi dal hotel.

Die warmen Speisen beim Frühstück waren kalt, da keine Wärmebehälter vorhanden waren. Parken schwierig.
