Hotel con parcheggio privato vicino (700 etri) alla fermata "Albertino" della metro "C". Hotel nuovo camere pulite con attenzione e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione per tutte le abitudini con dolce e salato. Quartiere silenzioso, si riposa molto bene. Personale cortese con zero sorprese al check out. a piano terra macchinette automatiche per caffè ed acqua a prezzi ragionevoli (caffè 0.80 ed acqua 0,5 L. 1 euro). Mi sono trovato molto bene

Le camere andrebbero leggermente ristrutturate, ma buone comunque e pulite . Personale gentile e cordiale. La colazione va migliorata la qualità dei prodotti .

We stayed for a week and we were met with excellent customer service, friendly staff and an extremely clean room and hotel. The room had good air-conditioning that was adjustable and the local metro is a short walk away with a water fountain on the route(if you know anything about Rome make use of these they are great). The hotel even made airport taxi reservations for us. We had a very good experience at this hotel and would recommend for a quiet space to rest whilst visiting Rome.

No elevator. You walk through a maze to get to your room.

Staff very helpful where to get a ride to the nearest shops. Very welcoming and accommodating. Provided extra pillow as requested. My wife & I enjoyed so much selections on breakfast. Thank you to all wonderful staff and to the guy in kitchen when my wife requested tea even late at night.

Quit and clean corridors, free breakfast has healthy choices. Room is spacious and bathroom is clean.

Overall a nice place to stay if you are in the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The metro was only less than 10 min away (walking). The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Morning breakfast was very good. But two issues: 1) bed was very stiff (along with the pillows) 2) No hot water for 2+ days. Something to do with the boiler not working.
