The room was fine, but lots of street noise. Staff was helpful but not very friendly.

Disappointed in the room, it was not worth what I paid for it.

Absolutely not, rooms and bathrooms were horrible and needs remodel. Staff fantastic

Some rooms are good. Staff would not allow friends to visit my room. Beds were good, air conditioning good. Mold in the bathroom. Staff was good, close to Malecón Price was good.

Nothing fancy, but very good rooms at a great location. Very nice front desk staff very helpful everyone also very good restaurant with an excellent waitstaff. Impeccably clean and very much looked after. I was very happy.

We just needed a room to sleep so we got this hotel but we did not know that it was located by a busy street. the glass door is not too thick so the noise of the cars driving by, can be heard. Also, the room was ok but I can see that the building is a little bit old.. On the other side I can say that is location is very convenient if you’re not driving, because you can walk around the malecón and restaurants are plenty around the area too..

The room was very cute and clean, the staff were very sweet and accommodating, the amenities were amazing. We had an amazing stay, thank you so much for everything!
