This was a fabulous place.. great spa, grounds, restaurant on property. Nice place for a romantic, tranquil stay.

Muy bien en líneas generales, el personal es súper atento, el room service faltó de personal , habíamos venido hace tres años y la calidad era mejor , el precio actual es más alto y no hay mucho cambio.

Couldn't be more happy of choosing Mas de Torrent. The hotel is really beautiful, staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is great! Also the breakfast really did surpass our expectations. Definitely would stay again here.

We gave them a chance, and came back again. Still, they need better management and training of the staffs. The concierge are just not friendly. Non of them were friendly and make you feel welcoming to the hotel. It's the attitudes make us feel, they are doing me a favor to check us in. Thanks, but no thanks. They are probably under paid, thats why non of them are smiling and friendly. And the restaurant is not listed in Michelin guide, but they put a 2 stars. Ok maybe your chef is 2 stars in Madrid, that doesn't make your restaurant a 2 stars. Food and menu was terrible. If the 2 stars chef opened a burger chain, that became a 2 stars? I dont think so. The restaurant at the hotel is definitely not 2 stars. Our room, there was hair everywhere on the toilet floor, pretty disgusting. The shower door can't close properly and flood the bathroom. The hotel facilities are great.

This place is unbelievable. Fantastic staff. Great food, outstanding wine list. This place is heaven !!! Love it.

Great property , if you want to close to a town or the center of activity this is not the right location. Good for a weekend getaway from it all.

Nettes Personal, hilfsbereit und ruhiges Hotel. Leider waren unsere extra wünsche nie möglich. Ich fragte etwa 7 Tage vor Ankunft beim Hotel an, ob wir in einen moderneren Raum untergebracht werden könnten, der bei Buchung nicht frei war, aber da hieß es, nein geht nur über den Reiseveranstalter. Mein Mann fragte mehrfach, beim bestellen an der Bar und beim Frühstück, ob er einen Bananen Shake bekommen könnte, aber auch das wurde stets sofort abgelehnt, obwohl Milch und Bananen da waren … Beim Frühstück hätten wir bei den regionalen Speisen etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Während unseres Aufenthalts (6nächte) gab es leider nur geringe Änderungen. Alles was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren Kleinigkeiten. Mal wurde das spa/Gym 5min zu spät geöffnet, mal kam der afternoon Team zu spät. Alles grundsätzlich entschuldbar, bei einem 5* hotel erwarten wir trotzdem mehr. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es ist ruhig und das Hotel bot mit kostenlosen leihrädern, gym, Sauna etc. alles was wir gebraucht haben. Ein moderneres Zimmer mit Parkett und kleinem Garten wäre schön gewesen und uns störten die ,,Massen“ die an manchen Tagen mit Bussen ins Hotel gebracht wurden. Meist Radfahrer, die in radkleidung in Massen das Frühstücksbüffet eroberten. Etwas weniger wäre schön gewesen. Auch auf die kleideraiswahl beim Essen hätte man hinweisen sollen. Wie oben geschrieben, das waren Kleinigkeiten, wir würden wieder ins mas de torrent reisen, allerdings in ein modernes Zimmer.
